Loved this place. Small but very cozy and friendly. One of the best jasmine hot tea I’ve tried around so far. Reminded me taste from China. Fast serving, attentive staff, great taste. Lunch for 2 cost us about $50. Would definitely visit again!

My wife and I absolutely LOVE this place! It is smaller and quieter than most sushi spots in Bellevue/Seattle but it is by far our favorite. We have ordered a variety of their rolls and dishes but we now have out usual order of:

It is such a hidden gem and don’t be fooled by the “fancier” places around. This is our go to sushi spot. We are unfortunately moving out of the Bellevue area but will still try to come back at least every other week. That’s how much we love this place. The service is also kind and welcoming. Just a great spot!!

My favorite sushi spot! Rolls and Rolls + Sushi is incredible. The fish is so fresh. The salmon and tuna literally melt in your mouth. I tried a few of the special rolls and the flavors were spot on.
On top of the food, the service was super friendly and fast. You can tell they really care about the quality here. Definitely worth checking out if you’re craving high-quality sushi!

I really wanted to like Rolls and Rolls, but unfortunately the experience fell short—mainly due to the rice, which is pretty essential to good sushi. From the very first bite, both of us noticed the rice was dry and just didn’t have the texture or flavor you’d expect from proper sushi rice. It threw off every dish we ordered and made it hard to enjoy the meal overall.
The style also leans heavily toward Americanized rolls, which may be fine for some, but I was hoping for more balance or authenticity. With a total bill of $130 including tip, I couldn’t help but compare it to other sushi spots in the area where the quality is much higher for the same or even less.
Unfortunately, I wouldn’t come back. There are better places nearby if you’re looking for well-prepared sushi.

I had the Yummy Bento and it was delicious. The fish was very fresh and tasted fantastic and the miso soup was warm and comforting. They have a Korean-Japanese fusion sauce they put on the cubed salmon that is one of the best things I have ever tasted. The atmosphere was very comfortable and cheery and the service was wonderful! Everyone was very kind and friendly!
