We really enjoyed our lunch of eight street tacos at Rolling Taco today. We had a mix of al pastor, chicken, and carne asada, and all were delicious (though I missed more onion, and cilantro seemed to be missing). Though it was an exceptionally hot day, it was pleasant sitting at the picnic tables the food truck provides, which are well-shaded. And the price for this good food is outstanding, too.

I guess tacos are good, but I got a burrito bowl at the new walmart campus location, and the chicken was mostly burnt, and everything tasted horribly bitter because of that. I couldn’t enjoy the taste because of the burnt flavor. I couldn’t finish it.

We stopped at the Rolling Taco food truck parked in the downtown Bentonville area during the weekend farmers market and absolutely loved our tacos! We tried the carnitas tacos with the hot salsa. They have a variety of different tacos fillings, along with breakfast burritos and tacos. These tacos and burritos are the perfect snack to enjoy while walking around the market. The food came out quick and the staff was very friendly. Make sure to try these tacos at the farmers market while you are in downtown Bentonville!

This was by far the BEST authentic Mexican I’ve had in Bentonville ! Our family tried 4 different things on the menu and everyone was extremely satisfied! Will be back!!! Mine was the 5 Street tacos, other pic is green enchiladas
Finally took more pics from my many visits here. The carne asada burrito is by far the best in the area. Almost too big to finish on my own.. I did but I am beyond stuffed!!

Really good, especially the carne asada torta. Tacos were pretty good, probably the best ones in Bentonville, but if I specifically wanted a taco I’d still go to my favorite place in Springdale…but this will definitely be my Bentonville spot.

The family that makes up Rolling Taco are amazing people. We used them to cater my son’s wedding at the beginning of June this year.
The wedding was for 50 people and there was plenty of delicious food.
They had booked First Friday, had the Bentonville Farmers Market the next morning and then the wedding Saturday evening.
Even with one of the busier times for them, they made sure we were taken care of.
I would DEFINITELY use them again in the future.

Mexican is my favorite food and this was far and away the best Mexican I’ve ever had. I got the street tacos and inhaled them. My fiancé couldn’t finish her chicken quesadilla so I had half and it was even better than the tacos. Just blown away!
