Old school bbq that is smoked through and through! Everything is good but I am stuck on the sausage! Wheeew! This one s the real deal here!
The brisket is tender and juicy! I like loose cut with extra bark! But I’m telling you, the sausage is addicted and sells out fast!

The smell will greet you at the door. Then the friendly smile of the staff makes you feel comfortable. It’s hard to find BBQ businesses that have more options than beef, chicken & pork. This totally made my day with the tasty smoked turkey breast. It melts in your mouth. And that Grilled Peach Pound Cake? Yes Lawdddd it was delicious. We will definitely be back very soon.

This was the first time, I went somewhere to purchase food and everything on the plate was good. This was my wife and I first time visiting this place. I purchased the 3 meat plate, she ordered a chopped brisket sandwich. We also wanted to taste the fried ribs. Everything was soooo good !!!. The ribs, sausage, Brisket, green beans, and corn bread was so delicious. That potato salad was the best I’ve tasted in a long time since my mother passed, it reminded of her potato salad. I also loved the french fries, they were tasty.

The food was incredible! Brisket was so tender it melted on my tongue! Even the sides…collard greens and chicken dirty rice was perfect. Sweet potato cornbread and the Georgia peach grilled pound cake…there are no words!! 10 out of 10 definitely recommend!

I had the all beef rib plate with dirty rice and baked beans. Also, had to add the sausage link. Texted to confirm open then headed up to Cartwright rd right at 4pm. Love the cashless kiosk to order from. Robin was the sweetest and Eddy was getting down in the kitchen. Love love the smoke on the sausage link. No complaints and we’ll definitely be ordering twice a month for sure.

Rolling Bones Custom BBQ prepared a brisket and 4 slabs of ribs for our Thanksgiving dinner to go along with a turkey a family member brought for about 30 relatives at our home. The ribs were outstanding, but some of the family members said that was the best brisket they had ever eaten, and these guys are excellent BBQ cooks. The brisket had great flavor and was very tender. I have been a client of Rolling Bones for several years and my wife & I have never had a complaint about the food. His business is easy to find on Cartwright Road in Missouri City. I live in Pearland, so I drive to Mo City because it is worth the drive. Check it out….Well done Eddie….

I would give more stars if I could. The people working there were friendly and welcoming. Got the 2 meat plate with sausage and brisket with fries and mac and cheese for my wife and the beef rib plate for myself with collard greens and cole slaw. The food was spectacular, I can’t remember the last time I’ve had bbq this good, I’ve tried bbq all over the US. The portions were generous and well priced. We will be frequent customers.

I am so excited about Rolling Bones BBQ opening in MoCity. My Husband and I went by today to grab lunch/dinner. We ordered Brisket Sandwich (comes w/fries) and Fried Ribs (comes w/fries). The food was delicious and the fries OMG so good. I will be going back this evening to pickup some fries for my leftovers. They also have different desserts you can purchase. You will not be disappointed!! I had to pickup my favorite “Rolling Bones Seasoning”!! Sorry for my messing BBQ first picture – I was eating the fries once I got in the car ♀️. Please check them out!!!

My experience was an excellent one! I love that I could easily place my order at the kiosk machine. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The young person working in the front was very nice and answered all my questions without any hesitation. Most importantly the food was delicious!!! True BBQ food sold there ! True Boudin Sausage !! it was delicious … their menu has a great variety not too much but just enough if you’re in the mood for BBQ . I definitely recommend. I will be making my way there soon

I think their biggest hurdle will be consistency. Twice we’ve had excellent brisket (1st and 4th time). Last month brisket was tough,but it was a weekday visit (consistency). Today the bark was moist and delicious. The greens and yams are great. They weren’t available today to compare to our first few visits. The green beans today were seasoned well.
Im not a cornbread fan, but what we had today was REALLY good. Like a corn teacake in flavor. Different from the other times we’ve had it(consistency). But im contemplating going back up there for another piece. It made up for the potato salad which was really good the 1st time, and okay every other time. Today’s potato salad was more like coleslaw in flavor (consistency).
Their hours of operation vary from what’s posted. So I’d suggest driving by and ordering in location. I hope they are able to stick around become a staple in the area.
