My wife had a Nachos with Pulled Pork and I had the Pulled Pork Platter.
The food was served within 5-7 minutes of ordering. The Nachos dish was good. It came with Queso along with some sauce sprinkled on the meat. It was a decent serving size.
The Pulled Pork Platter I felt was a little short on serving size to price ratio. The Baked Beans might have been in a 4oz cup. The Mac-n-Cheese might have been an a 6oz cup. The sliced cornbread was about right. And the pulled pork may have been a 6-8 oz serving.
The plastic utensils are a bit flimsy for certain textures of foods.

Overall, Big Chimney has a good, small business that has fed a number of dedicated customers over the past few years. Continue the good work.
As you approach on the road and then walk inside, you know this is going to be a good local choice. It just has “that” look.
The portion sizes (for the platters) are generous with a main and two sides. The pulled chicken was the juiciest that I’ve had in quite awhile; the brisket was tender and very well prepared. As for the sides (coleslaw, potato wedges, corn bread, potato salad)…they were all delicious.
Now, lets talk about those sauces. There were four available, and I thought that the plain BBQ was pretty good. That being said, the other two sauces were much better (although I did not try the third sauces, which was the hottest of the sauces).
Seating is available both inside and outside. The inside seating is very humble tables, with a magnificent view overlooking the river down below.
I highly recommend stopping by and having some of the best BBQ.
The excellence of the brisket pizza was yet another pleasant surprise. I’ll certainly be back for more pizza.
Got the loaded baked with brisket. A lot of awesome for under $10. I’ll add onions next time. Nice covered outdoor seating, a few tables have river views.

A place that’s specializes and only does barbecue should not serve any dried out pieces of anything. They should know better.
My husband and I hired Rollin Smoke BBQ to cater our wedding, and before I mention my two grievances, I want to say that their food is fantastic and their management did offer us a partial refund when we communicated what had gone wrong.
So what went wrong…Rollin Smoke BBQ did not bring the food that we had ordered and then their staff overserved what they did bring, which meant that two people did not receive any dinner.
Flashback: My husband and I met with who I believe is the Rollin Smoke owner or manager months before our wedding. She was very accomodating and prepared a full spread of food for us to test. The food was delicious and we soon after put our order in over the phone.
Flashforward: Come the day of our wedding, the Rollin Smoke staff arrived on time and our dinner service began right on schedule, but my husband and I immediately noticed that while they did bring the correct meat, they did not bring the correct sides, which was a big bummer.
Later in the evening, I learned that two of our guests did not receive any dinner and they had to eat what was leftover from cocktail hour. This stressed me out for a huge portion of the evening, which is not how you want to feel on your wedding day…
We had ordered enough food to feed 110 guests and 10 vendors. 10 guests did not attend the day of and still, two people went unfed. I can’t image what would have happened if our full guest list had arrived…
I called Rollin Smoke after our wedding and the manager explained that the staff had overserved portions to the guests who first came through the buffet line, and that they must have had some sort of miscommunication amongst themselves in regards to our food order.
While the food was good, and you should definitely pop in for lunch or dinner, I don’t know that I would recommend them to cater your wedding.
