Best chicken wings ever had. The wings were absolutely amazing. Perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. The seasoning was just right not too spicy but full of taste. Easily some of the best wings I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend trying them if you love good wings.

Absolutely impressed by this food truck! The food was delicious – seasoned perfectly and clearly made with care. You can tell they don’t cut corners. The service was friendly and fast, even though they were busy. Portion sizes were bigger than expected, and everything came out fresh and hot.

Tried their wings a week ago and they were really good, I was told they now offer burgers. I got a double bacon cheese burger and Cajun fries , everything on it was great. Thick cut bacon , good patties, and the fries were cooked spot on, I’d definitely recommend them!

I had an amazing experience at RollinRodeo today! The burger was perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor, definitely one of the best I’ve had in a while. The fries were crispy and seasoned just right, and the wings? Wow tender, juicy, and packed with delicious sauce.
On top of the great food, the service was top-notch! PK was super friendly, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find a food truck with such great vibes and amazing customer service.
Definitely coming back for more , highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area!! Lets go RollinRodeo you guys are killing it.

I had such a great experience at this food truck! The food is so good today I tried the chowmein and fries, and both were super tasty. If you’re looking to try something different and yummy, this is definitely the place to go. I’ll be back in Midland in December and honestly, I can’t wait to try everything else on their menu! The owner is really nice, and the service was amazing. Overall, I truly enjoyed my visit and highly recommend this spot!
