Good sushi burrito! They have a lot of options so it was hard to pick but I went with the el fuego and enjoyed it in the plaza. Love that they include ginger, wasabi and soy sauce with the burrito. All I can say is that I was a happy lil clam with this sushi burrito. Staff is super friendly too and very communicative.

I tried ‘fuego’ sushi burrito and I was a bit disappointed with the overall flavor and freshness. It was easy and quick to order and they even had a buzzer for pick up.

I had the GF tofu salad. It was fresh, and the tastes danced with evert bite. Seriously, I don’t think I came up for air.
The cucumbers, tofu, pickled slaw on a bed of spring mix lettuce. With the ginger sauce was amazing.
Price is reasonable, fast friendly service.

Edit: My first visit was 4 months ago and it’s been my new favorite sushi place! I’ve still only had the En Fuego cause it’s banging. I also get the spam musubi; the rice has a really good flavor and I prefer it over the spam and crab one I’ve had once. Service is still quick and the quality is consistent.
This place was great! I was there around 3pm on a Sunday. The manager was super personable, hard-working, and gave me some recommendations. I ordered the En Fuego burrito, which had a little kick of spice for flavor (which he mentioned), but was not overwhelming. He had my order ready within 5 minutes and was great to talk to. The burrito was wrapped well and had a great rice to filling ratio. It didn’t fall apart as I was trying to eat it. The quantity is slightly larger than what you would get at a sushi restaurant for a roll, and the price is comparable to a roll from a restaurant; the En Fuego was $13, I think. It was definitely filling. I will be coming here again!

Don’t be in a rush for lunch when you order a fried sushi burrito. Rollin the ingredients and deep frying it takes time. Worth the wait, especially if you enjoy eating fried foods. The sauce on the side perfect, no need to add extra soy sauce.
