This place is a real gem! You might think it’s all aesthetics but you’re wrong. Sure the atmosphere and the concept are exceptionally original and fun, but food is also amazing and service is 10/10. Our burgers were ready in less than 5 m, I swear. Guys that welcomed us were very friendly and we enjoyed the music-light show. Definitely 10/10

staff were fantastic- friendly and polite.
food reasonable prices and tasty. served quick and food arrived hot and quickly.

Went to this place. The place was unbelievable and quite modern. It was very fun going there, because it is unusual, unique and you would not see anything like that again. I would highly recommend for children, it makes a wonderful memory. The food was not ideal, well it is a burger place. Therefore there were different kinds of mocktails that were done by robots. You are able to see robots on TVs and upstairs.
Of course the best part is that the food comes from the slides and you have fun waiting and look for it to come.
I recommend it for families and friend groups.

Really cool experience! Your food arrives on rails like a rollercoaster – fun and unique. Ordering via tablet is easy and fast, everything is well organized. The burger was juicy, fries were great, and the whole atmosphere is awesome. Definitely worth visiting if you’re in Vienna, especially with friends. Highly recommended!

Terrible service! The waiter, Ivo, was jumpy and clearly unhinged — he definitely needs a day off.
The soup was served in a jar, which made it very inconvenient to eat.
I ordered ice cream with the strudel, but it seemed like part of the portion was missing.
