I love this place because the food is always fresh and tasty and the best part is that the staff are always SO efficient! They work so quickly, it’s always tidy and clean, and I never have to wait long

Absolutely shameful that you can charge $12 for a tofu Ban Mi with dehydrated old tofu heated in a microwave. Why do we support these rip offs. The tofu bounces off the floor. I’ve walked past many times wanting one and now I know. It’s junk. It’s actually a laugh.

I didn’t enjoy this. I ordered a dish called rare beef noodle soup. The beef was not rare, it was tough & chewy and the soup was bland. The noodles were good.
If the photos look bland (no greens) it’s because I ordered them that way, it’s not an oversight by the restaurant.
On a slightly different subject, I don’t like the practice of using an app / website to order the food when I’m sitting at the restaurant. To begin with I need to provide an email address. I don’t understand why anyone needs to harvest my data because I want to eat lunch. Worse, the app / website needed to record my debit or credit card number. Who is this company that wants my confidential information? What are their security credentials? Have they ever had a data leak? Have they ever been hacked? I have no idea, which is why I don’t want to provide information. (The app / website service is Mr Yum Pty Ltd — you can do your own research as to their credentials.)
The only positive part of the ordering process is I wasn’t forced to use it. I could go to the cash register & order there. I shudder to think what’ll happen when that option isn’t available any more. I guess at that point I’ll just go hungry.

I didn’t have high expectations, given it is a chain. I was very pleasantly surprised. The pho and the Bahn mi very both very good. I will definitely visit again.

I had ordered the crispy pork belly banh mi, unfortunately this time it did not meet my standards. I always have the same order so I’d know what is added every time. The bun was not toasted, no sauce/butter? which made every bite very dry and hard to swallow. The pork was superrrr dry as well, and crackle was burnt which added a not so pleasant taste to the whole mix.

The worst bahn mi i’ve ever eaten. They put pork crackling that I’m sure is from a packet, tastes so bad, the pork is dry and cold, isn’t the pork supposed to be from the same cut, the meat fat and crackling in one piece, from the same beast?? The ice coffee very average. This is not Vietnamese, it’s a massive lie this resturant!! Second rate, yukky food, they are ripping you off, it’s super duppa yuk! They offered me a takeaway box, as i ate two bites only, no thanks i want to stay healthy, fit and happy.

If you’re after a good Bahn mi, avoid this joint like the plague… so incredibly disappointing, stale bread, cold def at least day old dry pork, cold crackling, very little spice, very little flavour, and lacking in key ingredients such as pate, mayo and other sauces, just an all round disaster..Bahn mi is possibly one of the greatest culinary creations in the world.. this is an embarrassment to the name.. honestly, if you’re not gonna do it properly, don’t do it at all.. Also had to wait 15mins despite not being busy at all.. -1 stars
