Been coming here for years and it never disappoints! Bonus: they offer free miso soup.
Ambiance: They have an extensive selection of sushi rolls, and you can build your own poke by filling out a sheet. The staff is always kind and accommodating, and the food comes out quickly. Plenty of seating available, and they also offer takeout.
Poke: The variety of sauces is great! I love mixing spicy mayo with eel sauce for the perfect balance of spice and sweetness. I always get double salmon scoops, and the fish is consistently fresh and soft. The portions are always consistent.

The build-your-own poke was perfectly portioned, and the sashimi seemed fresh. I loved the variety of topping options—definitely made for a tasty, quick, and customizable meal. I personally liked the crab meat and seaweed as toppings, and I also enjoyed the free miso soup (limited to one bowl per person)!

Update! We’ve tried rolls and sushi and it’s really, really good, especially the sushi . The fish is super cold, near perfect fish to rice ratio and crazy fresh. This place knows what it’s doing!!
The people here are so nice, the restaurant is clean and the food is amazing. From poke to rolls and sushi (good fish to rice ratio, very cold and surprisingly fresh for a fast-food like establishment).
I didn’t think that there was a lot of food when I first saw the bowl, but between that and a half of a roll (Hot Night), we were both so stuffed we didn’t even have dinner! We will definitely be going back here often!

I have been ordering from Roll & Poke for months and each time I have received such consistent and good sushi!! I usually order close to closing and the quality and service is still unmatched. I attached a photo of my most recent order. I can’t stand avocado and asked them to replace the avocado with whatever green they thought fit best (mind you I ordered through DoorDash) and they did it and exceeded all my expectations! This has been my favorite California roll and the only way I will order it from anywhere for now on. I have ordered from here about 8+ times and each time the quality and taste has been consistently good and they have made me a customer for life. Thank you for all your hard work!! I always recommend to my friends. 2 quality rolls for under $22 is always s deal to me.

If you are ever in Frisco and craving poke.. do not go ANYWHERE else! This place this the absolute BEST!!! I have been going here since high school and it’s always been consistent. All through college, every time I was visiting home, I was always excited to go back to Roll & Poke. Now that I am back living in Frisco, I have tried other poke places and they don’t compare. I have to say this is one of the best spot for poke I had in Plano. Their menu has a lot of options, all of them look amazing!
The ingredients are very fresh and tasty. We got a create your own bowl and a ceviche sashimi. Both are super delicious. The service is fast as well.
