This Filipino restaurant in Vacaville keeps things simple and satisfying. Fresh ingredients, clean flavors, and straightforward presentation. The pork adobo was tender, the rice perfectly cooked, and the staff friendly. No excessive flair—just genuinely good food prepared with care. A reliable choice for a comforting meal.

I’ve been going here for years now for mainly to have the BEST HALO-HALO in town! Nothing compares to the rest in Solano County! Nostalgia of this dessert? Check! Combined with a modern twist? Check! And check out the main dishes too, they are all handled with the utmost care as if a close relative was cooking for you! Truly an immediate cure for being homesick!

Good food with awesome lumpia sauce. We got the chicken adobo with pancit, the pork tocio with the garlic rice, the ube halaya and an order of vegetable lumpia. To start if you are coming here get an order of lumpia with the doing sauce, its a perfect mix of sweet and sour and is basically crack on lumpia. The chicken adobo was very tasty, cooked well and great seasoning. The pancit had a very sweet smell but tasted almost like home made. The tocio was like smokey pork jerky. The garlic rice was ok but it was definitely not with paying extra for. The halaya was interesting but had been a great addition to our oatmeal.

I’ve been wanting to try Roline’s since I came across their IG posts and reels during and after the pandemic. On my way to Sacramento, I did not think twice to eat at Roline’s for lunch. The ambiance is very welcoming and I love seeing their kitchen and prep room from a distance. There is enough seating for groups and a bar area against the window.

Upon arrival, I immediately knew that I want to try their tocino plate. I opted to pair my tocino with steamed white rice. Within the same order, I also added a Classic Halo Halo. I only waited less than 10 minutes for my order to be brought to my seat.

Their tocino is heavenly and a chef kiss! It is very authentic and identical to the Kapampangan Tocino (Pindang) and is perfectly marinated and tender. Chef Andre’s tagline “wok, piping hot” truly lives up to its name and the quality and taste is above and beyond.

Interestingly, Roline’s offers variations of Halo Halo: not only with 3 different sizes but it can come with red beans or no beans, and you get to choose the ice cream flavor on top. I chose Buko Pandan Ice Cream on top of my classic Halo Halo. The lady was very accommodating to my request to bring my Halo Halo after I somewhat finish my tocino fix. I find it hella cute that they use fruity pebbles as a flavorful substitute for pinipig. Their Classic Halo Halo is packed with the most authentic ingredients and does not deviate from the traditional essence and flavor. I really like that they don’t use too much milk (to prevent it from melting and overflowing). It also matches well with a scoop of Buko Pandan Ice Cream. For sure, I’ll be back at Roline’s on my next visit to Vacaville and or the Sacramento area! Ang sarap talaga dito

Home style Filipino food. Portions were ok. The Adobo needed more gravy, otherwise the meat is dry. The egg rolls were served hot and was crispy. The homemade potato chips were disappointing. It wasn’t crisp. Halo halo and ice creams were good. Service was great and staff was friendly.

“There’s always room for improvement”.

A spot to try specially for jar heads , leather necks. Piping hot! Rah!

Need to organize chairs and tables to equally shared for dine -in customers.
Tables are sticky and need sanitation.

Plating is great
Rice & fried rice is a bit hard and seems old.
Turon is mostly wrap.
Halo-halo is good.

I traveled from Sacramento to try this place for the first time. This place is pricey for the portion and taste. My wife and I ordered the Lechon Kawali Rice Plate, 8 Pork Lumpia, Classic Halo Halo – Teaser Size (Small), and a bottled water. The bottled water was ridiculously priced at 2.99 that costs .25 cents at Costco. The lumpia looks like it was from costco as well and costs $9.99 for 8 pieces, which for $2 more dollars, I could’ve had an entire pack from Costco. The Lechon was overcooked and just taste plain. The service was just ok, wasn’t too much interaction to make a good judgement. I probably will not be coming back unfortunately. I was hoping that I would be impressed to want to make it a spot to escape.

I was just passing through town. I don’t live in this town but I had a craving for some Filipino Food so I used Google Maps and I discovered this place. I will admit that the price is not too expensive but also not cheap. For me though, I ordered a dish called Pork Sinigang, a tangy and tasty soup with pork and vegetables. It was one of the BEST I have ever eaten in my life! The next time I pass through this place I will surely come back!

I think this might be the best restaurant I’ve been to in Vacaville. We got two types of sandwiches: pork adobo, arranged like a French dip and one chicken tocino (panini-like). Both were outstanding. Absolute flavor explosions. Then we got a halo halo to share, which was a decadent dessert experience based around ube ice cream, sweet beans and coconut ice Service was friendly! I really recommend this place! Good for a lunch date.

With the true fashion of Phillipno style, assortment of textures and rainbow flavors from antioxidants, Jackfruit , coconut , kidney and garbanzo beans abs so much more along with the purple flavored Ube ice cream as well as the crunchy eatible cookie straw .

Healthy, delicious authentic treat,
