OK, so I am not sure about the lower star reviews that I’ve been reading here. The food I had was fantastic and I had a good variation of about 10 dishes.
My absolute favorite were the Ranchero fries. But honestly, everything was really good. The way they cut their Asada is nice and thin so it’s not dry and the chicken sliced the same exact way was really moist. I love the fact that they make fruit smoothies and they also have a bowl option. The adobo bowl was very flavorful and very filling, overall the staff was awesome and the food was very good. The strawberry tres leches was money! The torta bread was perfectly crisp on the outside and moist on the inside. When I’m in the area, I’m definitely coming back.

Inside the store is great and clean but bad service.
They don’t listen to instructions and the food overpriced. Understandable if you get what you paid for but not here. Full price on a burrito but received a mini :/

I haven’t eaten here in probably over a decade and I completely forgot to lower my expectations when placing an order. DO NOT customize anything to your order because it’s not going to happen. Instead, find something that you like that does not need customization and you should be happy here. If I’m in the area again I will try them again. Just don’t plan on being able to say to remove certain items from the food even if it’s something that’s put on afterwards like a condiment they still put it on when asked not to. They did that over 10 years ago and they did that again last night. And even when it was 10 years ago it was consistently that way until I changed not them following orders because they won’t.

Food is good but way overpriced, drive through tip option shouldn’t start at 15%.
If you don’t do the 15% you get rude service.
It is the priciest drive through in Surprise/El Mirage area.
Watch out for cars backing into you, dispensary is right next door and traffic is always insane.

I placed a very clear order, even repeated it, pay, get my receipt and notice was was charged for a wrong item and another item was forgotten. I told the cashier Gabby and was then charged again. They charge extra each time you use a card. When I get my order, it is still wrong. I tell Gabby and she just stares at me. No, sorry, no, can I fix it for you? Nothing just attitude as she says, “what do you want me to do?” Then proceeds to argue with me about my order. For as expensive as this place is, you’d think they would hire employees that actually listen and take accountability for mistakes. I spent over $50 on an order that wasn’t even right because the cashier failed to listen.

I ordered Uber eats and got a 2 taco chicken combo with a drink. It got here quick, food was warm and tacos still crunchy!! Nice job on delivery guy!!! I did not receive a fork,napkins,or a straw for my drink.. The 2 chicken tacos were ok too much seasoning, the rice was ok not enough Seasoning, but the beans were absolutely awful !!They tasted like poison,something was off and I didn’t eat them as you can see from the photo. I am a dog sitter and had to eat nearby and I don’t know the area because I live in Mesa anyway this food was not very good especially the beans, poor customer service and lack of knowledge of what to put into a to go order/delivery order. You need utensils,napkins,and a straw for a drink…Anyone working in the food industry should know the basics of BASICS!!! I am very let down I really wanted good food!!!!Shame on you!!! I am hoping I will not get sick from this food…

I come here often and I’m never disappointed. They use great quality carne asada, I’ve never had chewy meat here and the portion sizes are great. I’ve done both drive thru and dine in and they’ve given me great service in both. Very welcoming, friendly staff. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

The taco shell, though overdone, was filled with meat, cheese, tomato, onions, lettuce n guacamole. Very tasty n fresh inside, just ditched the shell. The nachos were filled with the same food items and delish. Whoever the woman was who helped us in the drive though was kind, efficient and sweet. Great location on Grand, easy to drive through and be on your way.
