People say this place has good food. We put it to a test. So we ordered some flans, along with tacos, oh if you love hot and spicy sauces.. good god, I tried some and it was flaming for most of you guys love the heat.. it’s truly good here. If you asked me what I ordered, I don’t really remember. I just look at them pictures and point them out and guys or gals will help you with your orders when you can’t comprehend what you want. Why, I gave it a 4 out of 5 is because there were just too many flies inside the place. This is while we were eating and trying to enjoy our meals. I truly wanted to ask for a fly swatter. No it’s not a bad place. The food was good and the flans are amazing. Too bad for them flies , other than that, the people were nice and it it didn’t take long for our orders. Will, I ever go back there again, absolutely. (it’s Wendover) locals know if the place is good or bad why not ask around. They will personally give you their view of where to eat at.By the way, the Casino is across the street. It is truly hard to find good food here in Wendover. But…You can’t go wrong with this place. I love Mexican food and we surely enjoyed it and so will you…Just not the flies.

Drove from Florida to eat here.

Staff is amazing.

Food is incredible.

We eat A LOT of Mexican food. We are the whitest Mexicans to walk the earth, and this is some of the best Mexican food I have had.

All we heard was how good the “Red Iguana” was in the SLC area… big MEH.

Kudos to these folks. They’re MVPs!

I honestly don’t know how this place is still in business. The lady working there acted like customer service was some kind of punishment. The attitude was unbelievable — like I ruined her day just by walking in.
Then the food came out, and wow… I didn’t think something could taste that plain unless it was made on purpose. Bland, sloppy, thrown together with absolutely zero effort. I’ve had gas station burritos with more flavor and quality.
And the price? Don’t even get me started. They somehow messed up my order, left off half the things I asked for, and still had the nerve to charge me $35 for two sad burritos and two drinks. For that price, I expected at least edible food — not whatever that was supposed to be.
It honestly felt like they were running some kind of experiment to see how much they could overcharge people before someone complained. Spoiler: I’m complaining. Loudly.
This place is a complete disaster — rude service, awful food, and prices that make absolutely no sense. I’m never going back, and if anyone’s even thinking about trying this place, do yourself a favor: don’t. Unless you enjoy bad attitudes, terrible meals, and watching your money disappear for nothing.

We absolutely love Rolberto’s. We come in from Pilot Valley once a week to eat here. We’ve tried everything from chile Rellenos, carne asada tacos, sopes, smothered chile verde burritos, smothered burritos with shredded beef, shrimp cocktail, quesabirrias de res, and tamales. The tortillas are to die for! Also the gals that work there are true gems. This is absolutely worth the stop.

This little restaurant has amazing food! I always order the steak quesadilla and its always delicious! The quesabirria tacos are so good too but they do have quite a kick! They usually do have a small crowd in there so it might be hard to find a table. The tables could also be wiped down more often. The sides (onions, cilantro. Limes, etc) have always needed to be restocked when I go in there. The price is worth the food though! Overall its a nice LITTLE place with great food.

DONT COME HERE. We came for a mini vacation. Looking for food to try, gosh I wish I would have eaten where we stayed at. They give us burned food. We thought about taking it back and complaining however we didn’t want to risk them doing something to our food! Then they covered our food with so much lettuce that we can see under the rolled taco burnt to the meat!

After many days of traveling I was really craving some life food and this place had exactly what I needed. The Beef Soup was so delicious, like a home made. My daughter had a chimichanga and she loved it as well. So if you driving by of in the area please stop and try this place.

Caldo de res is very good. It’s end of August. But for some reason I was craving this dish. Very satisfying. Actually, enough for 2 meals. We were traveling. I brought the rest home in our ice chest and ate it this noon. No cooking on Labor Day!

We had chicken burritos. The rice and beans were delicious, and we loved the grilled tortilla! However the chicken was ridiculously over salty!! Kinda hesitant to try again
