Would 100% recommend this place. So so good! Flavors, atmosphere and service were outstanding. The quirky artwork and budget friendly menu were both uniquely curated. Well done. Will most definitely be back when in town next.

I don’t know if I could make something as nasty as what I was served at Rolando’s. These guys really have set a new standard for how lousy a filling of a quesadilla can be.
I ordered “Jose’s quesadillas” and it was lipstick on a pig- real crap food that they attempted to decorate. I don’t know if they believe the food is good or if they think they can fool the public with decoration.
The inside of quesadilla was not fresh, and included frozen chicken patties cut up and served under the guise of “fijita chicken”. The chicken pattie slices were clear, gelatinous, as if it had been sitting around.
The pictures makes it look super decorated but what hides inside is a lie. Don’t make the same 60$ mistake I did.

Our server was kind and attentive, so the meal was off to a good start. The complimentary salsa has corn in it, which is not my preference, but the flavor was good and I can appreciate a chance of pace from time to time. My chicken dish was fresh and well cooked, and the tomato and onion dressing on top was wonderful. My friend’s Cuban also looked really good. The plating was beautiful for both dishes.

I’m not a fan of the salsa, but everything else was great. The wait staff was extremely friendly, and the kitchen graciously accommodated my request.
The combination of cucumber and onions made for a delicious flavor. Loved the atmosphere and decore, really cool place to get work done or enjoy with others.

My favorite dish is the chicken fajita taco salad. We went for dinner before a show at the Walton Arts Center and have gone several times before Theater Squared. The staff is super friendly, pretty quick service and consistently good food.
The salsa is a black bean, corn and tomato mixture that is very hearty.
One of my tablemates had a margarita & said it was tasty, but a little sweet.

Margaritas were fairly priced, service was amazing. Food portions were on the smaller side. Tastes amazing. Not your typical Mexican restaurant where they offer chips and salsa while you wait for your food which was disappointing but good experience over all.

Took my girls to dinner after visiting the local theater. They got the chicken fajitas. They said were really good. I got the tilapia meal. The fish and batter was amazing, but the sauce they had on it, I didn’t care for to much , just scrapped it off.

Nice place, very clean and friendly staff. We were seated immediately and drinks were very quick to come out along with Chios and salsa. Its a bean and corn salsa with no heat. It’s not my favorite but it was good.
We had enchiladas and a burrito. Food can out pretty quick and was very good. Again, it’s not spicy but they do have bottled hot salsa they will bring on request.
Both the burrito and enchiladas were well cooked and flavorful. It was a nice change from Mexican restaurants.
Waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I would recommend this restaurant.
