The best place that I know of for consistent melt in your mouth Prime Rib of Beef Au Jus. I prefer to eat here at lunchtime as the prices are quite affordable compared to the evening prices. Older place but very fancy with white table clothes. Massive amounts of dining space for large events too. Wait staff are very good at what they do and make the dining experience very enjoyable.

Fabulous food and service. Spent our Valentines evening there…perfect setting, great service and value…and the food was awesome!! Hard to find a good place with real food that is not a chain. Happily supporting a local business…you should do the same you wont be disappointed!

Poor service. If you have a big party they give you a limited menu which consists of 90% seafood. They only bring bread with salid and they won’t leave a container water to refill your own water. If it wasn’t for the fact that we were here for my wife’s grandmother’s birthday I would never come here. This place needs a major update with the food ,staff and the place.

They have the most delicious and tender petite sirloin, the service is excellent and I have always found the food divine. I highly recommend anyone to eat here. I had the petite sirloin and the stuffed baked lobster tail. Affordable and delicious.

I really can’t give less than 5 stars!! The duck was the best I’ve ever had! The sides, carrots, (awesome) a potato “casserole” thing was amazing! The raspberry creme burlee was out of this world!! (I love raspberry deserts!)
I was waiting for a cab to get back to the truck stop and the owner had checked on me before locking up, I said I was ok so as I waited there the owner pulls up and ask before he left if I was ok? I say yes and he asks where I was staying.. “at the truck stop” he said “that’s not far from here I’ll give you a ride jump in…”
High class 100% all the way!!! Nice place, elegant, quiet, relaxing…. and awesome food… was not expecting what I got but will definitely be back one day.. for sure!!!!!
Thanks Nick for the great experience at your restaurant!!

Excellent food! Excellent staff AND I left my wallet there on a Friday night, didn’t realize I did so until the following day. I called during non business hours and the owner went out of his way to look for it AND he let me pick it up before they opened! Would recommend to anyone!

I have been to this restaurant two times, and would not ever go back of my choosing. This is just my opinion. Maybe it is because i am only 33 years of age, but I think this restaurant might be more fitting for people in the over 50 crowd. Also there is only 2 things on the menu for children. Chicken fingers or Alfredo.

Our waitress was confused of what things were on the menu..took awhile for our drinks…told us our only choice for vegetable was broccoli. ..she said they were out of squash…when we got our dinner it was with squash….food was good….waitress didn’t even ask if we wanted dessert.. seems like a good place for old people because they can’t remember if they liked their meal or service..i’d rather go to Rolleys diner..bye

Rolando’s is where your grandmother goes.
Service was very good, the prime rib was excellent, but that’s about it. The atmosphere is gloomy dark 1960’s decor with a few stuffed wild animals – ewww. This isn’t a hunters restaurant! It’s trying to be elegant!
About a third of the items on the menu were “lobster” based and Tada – they had no lobster. On a Thursday night. When the restaurant is empty. Did someone forget to place an order???!
The sides with our meals were all pretty dismal. The baby carrots were simply boiled straight from the bag. The “fried sweet potatoes” were actually bog standard food-service sweet potato fries. The German Potatoes were simply potato wedges. The baked potatoes were baked yesterday and warmed up it seemed. The salad was the same iceberg lettuce blah salad your mother made back in the 70’s with WAY too much dressing. I could go on and on here but the prices were long and other than the meat portion, the food was certainly nothing worth noting – in fact the sides were so bad we hardly touched them.
There is nothing innovative or special on the menu. Clearly the chef just doesn’t have any passion for food anymore. When I’m paying $23 for the main course, I do expect more, and I can get it across the river at Fuel or Fishbones.
