Came with my sons for a burger. The service was sssllllloooooooooooowwwwwwww. It took about 45 minutes to get two milk shakes to the table. The burgers took even longer. However, one bite of the burger and I knew it was worth the wait! Best burger I’ve had in a long time, maybe ever. On the other hand, my sons’ fries were lukewarm at best.

Rokka’s does the basics right, which is the true test of a burger place. The bun-to-meat ratio is spot on, and nothing gets soggy. I appreciated that the toppings were fresh and crisp, not wilted by the heat of the patty. It’s consistent, clean, and easily one of the best burgers I’ve had in the Orlando area recently. Highly recommend the spicy aioli if you want a little kick.

Rokka’s is a burger hidden gem – Burger here is phenomenal, especially if you switch the cheddar cheese for mozzarella. Service is outstanding, everyone has a smile on their face. Juliana did a great job serving us today. In addition to the restaurant, they have a supermarket where you can find Brazilian groceries, such as breads, meats etc… The flan(pudim) is the best in town!

I went there with my family and friends. We placed our orders at 7:10 PM, but one order from our table was forgotten. When we asked about it, the server said the dish had been delivered to the wrong table and that it would be brought shortly.
Despite several complaints, the order was only delivered at 9:05 PM, after everyone else at the table had already finished their meal. It is unacceptable that, at a table of 10 people, one person was left without being served, even after repeatedly pointing out the issue.
This shows a complete lack of organization, attention, and service quality. An experience like this ruins what should have been a pleasant time with family and friends.
I do not recommend this restaurant. There are many other places with better service and affordable prices. When deciding where to go for dinner, I suggest leaving this place off your list due to its terrible customer service.

AMAIZING food. Employees are all very welcoming. Lucas was our waiter and he recommended one of the best burger that I have ever ate. The restaurant is beautiful and very welcoming. Great place for family with kids. My seven years old girl loved the kids menu.
