I’ve been eating here since it was kid and it’s still the same..the food is a little pricey for what you get and compared to other places. The waitress we had has been there forever and is very kind..so was the owner/manager. The food was ok but ruined with onions..they were all different types of sautéed ranging from well to raw-ish and there were more onions than potatoes..jusy say no..it’s overkill and a filler. That’s kind of a rip off.

Great small town diner! Kind of old fashioned but the people are friendly and the customers seem to know each other. Good food and service! Great French toast and bacon. The omelettes and coffee are great. Our waitress made us feel like we were the only customers in a very busy breakfast time!

Great diner. Servers are efficient, friendly and the food is good. You get plenty of food for a great price. Brittany, our server, is friendly and on top of getting our coffee refilled. Food came out fast and hot. This is a small, family run diner. If you are looking for white table clothes, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for good, filling, delicious food, then this is definitely a place you should try.

Stopped into this little diner and was blown away by the service. You can tell the waitresses and the owner Steve care about their customers! Our waitress Lindsey was hands-down one of the best I’ve ever had — witty, funny, and made us feel like we were the only people in the place. She had that perfect balance of humor and attentiveness, checking in just enough without hovering. You could tell she genuinely enjoyed what she does, and that kind of energy makes all the difference.
The food was great — classic diner comfort food, hot, fresh! and at a fair price. But honestly, it was the service that really stood out. It’s not often you leave a restaurant talking more about your waitress than the food, but she truly made the whole experience memorable!

It’s funny, like other reviews this seems like a forgotten place in Lancaster as it almost seems to disappear in plain site. It has the layout of an old home converted into a restaurant. It’s super old school in its feel and decor with no desire to go modern which is respectable. Now don’t go expecting a food that completely knocks your socks off but it’s still solid. It’s your typical diner food but the simple comfort food is what they make so well. You want a blast from the past, check this diner out. Prices were also extremely affordable.

The manager is taking 20% of the waitresses tips according to staff. They bring your food and get the order wrong constantly. Don’t worry because they will put the food back on the grill for the next customer. They did that the other day with home fries. Dropped a whole set of cups on the floor and picked them up and put them back right in front of the manager. Water filter is from 2924. Nasty stuff in your food constantly. Never again.

Absolutely pretty much perfect. The eggs were cooked to over medium, the home fries were in point. Yummy. The giant pancake was perfect too. And Britney was awesome. Thank you!

Good food, reasonably priced, warm atmosphere.
It is easy to recommend if you’re looking for a good diner in the area.

Step into Rohrestown Diner and take a step into the past. From the pink and mint green decor with scalloped window valances to the lengthy menu with low prices, it has the vibe of 1950. The white plastic dividers between booths remind us that we are still in modern day COVID.
I ordered a small Greek salad and my friend ordered BLT sandwich which was loaded with bacon. The service was quick and friendly. There were many regulars who were ordering their usual. A good sign. The place was clean. The food is typical diner food, so if you’re looking for salmon with aioli sauce, this isn’t it, but if you want an old fashioned meatloaf dinner you might want to check this out. ,
