After I sat down and kind of chuckling with my friends about the portions sizes. I went back up to the counter thinking maybe they made me a regular size and not the large size I ordered and paid for. They cashier barely gave me notice didn’t look at my bowl when asked if this was correctly a large. I just got a roll of the eyes and flat yeah. No effort to actually look at the bowl I was trying to show them or concern that a customer wasn’t happy.
The food quality was good and everything was fresh and tasty. But I will not go back or suggest anyone go there when you get that small of portions for good money and for the staff to be so unconcerned with customers service.
We needed some salad in our lives and rogue salad co delivers! … Figuratively speaking..
Blue mountain Buffalo is amazing, Southwest trails is fantastic!
Highly recommend
Had the thai salad and the southwestern salad. I really enjoyed my salad. I at the time did not realize that you could swap out things. I think when I come in again it’ll definitely try the chicken instead of having the shrimp, and I may have missed it, but I wish they would have said that the dressing had a bit of heat to it. It didn’t bother me , but I could see where other people it would bother quite a bit. My Husband had the Southwestern and he said, rather than chicken. He would’ve really rather had some chipotle beef or something like that. My only suggestion is that perhaps offering a chopped bit of lettuce instead of whole lettuce pieces.
In full pieces even though they are baby greens, you still end up picking up a fork full and having it hit me in the chin. The chopped would be very easy to eat with the peanuts and a smaller things that are on the salad. My peanuts all ended up in the bottom of the bowl , and I got to have them at the end.
Otherwise delicious, im definitely going to recommend, and will really look forward to my next Grants Pass visit so I can try another salad.
