Update: we visited again on 2/18 and had a fantastic breakfast. The service was great and the team was super friendly. We’ll be back!

We enjoyed our visit today at Roggenart. The pastries were great. We loved the Boston cream and Pumpkin pastries. The food took a little long to come out. I ordered the Roggenart sandwich which has egg, cheese and bacon on a fresh croissant. My wife ordered the avocado chicken melt. The tables on both sides of us ordered food after we did and somehow they received their food first. The flavor of the food was good. The eggs were light and fluffy and the sandwich had good flavor. The chicken melt has a little kick to it. It was a little expensive but so is everything these days. 2 sandwiches, 2 pastries, coffee and OJ was over $50. We’ll be back to try other things for sure.

Stopped by this coffee shop on a freezing winter day while waiting for our car inspection, and it was such a nice break from the cold. We ordered an iced Americano, an iced salty caramel latte, a croissant, apple pie, and a few other treats—everything was really enjoyable. I especially loved the cozy vibe and the wide variety of bakery options. There was a leather sofa and a small bookshelf tucked away near the register, and it was the perfect spot to sit, pick up random books, and read for a while. A great place to relax and warm up (even with iced drinks)!

Finally got to try this place and now I understand why it’s not rated higher… Is it over priced? Yes, wad the food good? Yes, but I honestly don’t know why it’s so overpriced… We lived in Europe for almost 3 years and some of the pastries or items this place has usually does not cost that much. I do like the avo BLT sandwich but it was skimpy on the bacon for sure… Chai latte was good too.

Pastries are delicious! Perfectly flaky croissants, fillings are sweet but not too sweet and each one I had I really enjoyed. On the other hand, I didn’t really like their breakfast sandwich. It tastes oily.

Our family ate here for brunch and found it really clean and nice looking inside – a far cry from the place that was in this spot previously. We walked in and were greeted by a really friendly staff and beautiful pastry display. The Apple strudel was my favorite. I also really enjoyed the tomato bisque and focaccia bread. Very clean and quaint inside!

Our family loves this place! Definitely a cut above fast food. There is not one thing that we have purchased that is anything but perfect. We have tried pastries and we’ve tried sandwiches, but my favorite is the grilled chicken Mediterranean salad with hunks of feta, fresh greens, black olives and excellent dressing. It could not be more fresh! Love love to inside waiting for our order because there’s some really cool books to look through while you’re waiting! It’s very clean. The staff is accommodating and friendly.

The coffee and sandwich quality was top notch. It was busy but they moved pretty fast, and they bring your food to your table. Seats are comfy too.

This is the best place to go for European pastries and sandwiches. You will not find these pastries in your local bakery. Clean, quiet and friendly service.

I stopped in recently and thought the cafe itself was nice enough — clean, friendly service, and a pleasant atmosphere. The food was decent, but I felt it was overpriced for what we got — about $35 for two simple sandwiches and a latte.

I ordered the corned beef Reuben, and was surprised it came on white bread rather than rye, especially at a place named after rye bread which is how a traditional reuben is made but the taste was ok. There was also a tomato skin on top and even a small piece of grilled chicken that clearly wasn’t part of my order, which made me a bit concerned about cross-contamination in the kitchen.

Overall, not a terrible experience, but for the price point, I expected a bit more attention to detail and quality.

Love the updated & clean atmosphere. Definitely an upgrade from the previous cafe (no offense lol). Everything was delicious. I’m obsessed with croissants and they have SO many options. The bacon and Swiss swirl croissant thing is amazing. Service was quick and friendly too. Will be back often!!
