The cheddar bacon burger is one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Fries are good solid and you get a lot for one order. Wife got the polish sausage sandwich and loved it. Had to wait for a little bit but nothing unreasonable for made to order food. 10/10 will smash again

not sure if they have new owners or what not. the service was good guy was nice, but i got a milkshake and it taste straight like soap/cleaning supplies. i went 45 minutes before closing. my fries were most definitely all fresh. there was definitely fresh fires and very old fries i could tell. the last few times ive went it was a lady working it and the food was absolutely amazing. very sad that this is the experience i had.

Went to Roger’s Frosty with my husband and our baby, we got there at 7:30pm and we just wanted to see if we could get whatever they had available. Had husband ask them a question if they were still open and the girl made eye contact and then completely ignored him the other guy that was in there too. It says they stay open till 8pm so we just wanted to check and see, but we were ignored. They didn’t say sorry we’re closed or not taking orders. There wasn’t a closed sign posted either. Has this happened to others? I know some places stop making stuff which is totally fine. I hope this doesn’t sound entitled because we genuinely just wanted to ask them and were ignored.

Roaches crawling all over the place including on the counter while you pay in broad daylight, some girls were making the food. Both wearing pajamas looking like they just rolled out of bed mind you it’s mid day. The young girl making our food had no gloves on as well as a hair tie around her wrist with hair on it that was touching everything including the buns to one of our burgers. We were absolutely disgusted. Roger’s frosty used to be great now it’s just a complete health hazard. I wouldn’t recommend eating here. Also not to mention The Philly cheeses steak sandwich I got (false advertised Philly steak) is just a chopped up unseasoned beef patty on a hotdog bun. Wish I would have got a picture of the roachs and people cooking

WOWSERS these burgers were and are some of the best I have ever had… The doggie patties were so juicy my Princess Skittles loved them. The shakes were so thick n yummy.. by far the best value I have had in a long time.. Truth be told Roger you need to raise your prices because what you get is worth so much more… Thank you for an amazing dinner on our way thru town will most definitely be on my list of stops if I come back thru….10 Stars

i have always loved roger’s frosty for as long as i can remember, i always get the 4 taquitos with guacamole. whenever i order these in person, they turn out great, but everytime i doordash there’s always an issue. the issue is i never receive the guacamole, everytime i’ve ordered through doordash it just is never added even though i am paying for it. this time i put in the notes to please remember the guacamole and i did get it, but the guacamole i received was over 2 months expired. i ordered this through my mothers doordash account but this happens even when i order from my own account, i am very disappointed because the food is amazing here, but the service has always been terrible. i have also been scolded by employees for picking up large orders, which is completely unacceptable. i would pick up an order for my family of 4 and i would receive attitude due to the fact i “ordered so much stuff”. please do better!

Got chicken strips and burgers. The burgers were fine but the chicken strips were undercooked. They were big, I cut them in half for my kids and they were not cooked all the way.
