I have been eating Rogers burgers, two or three times a month for 30 years now. The food and service I got tonight at the Hayden location were by far the best I’ve had, and have newly set the bar for my expectations of quality and service. The fries were perfect. The burger patties were juicy and delicious. The staff was friendly and efficient. The kitchen and dining areas were spotless. I think the other locations should train under the leadership at the Hayden location. I hope the owner reads this and recognizes the staff for their hard work and professionalism. This was March 2nd, 2026, at about 6:10pm. Thank you for being so awesome.

The drive-thru isn’t quick BUT!!! That is because they are making the food fresh. It literally says it on the menu.
Also if you read the menu, I’ve noticed their meat comes from local sources! If you pay with cash I believe you get a small discount, at least at the one by my house.
We are gluten free & eat there without issue since they offer lettuce wraps for their burgers. Idk if their fries are gf but we haven’t had a problem before so I’d ask before hand of course.

Been driving by for a long time. But today we stopped. Just after noon rush. Lots of seating. Ordered the number 1 double meat, shredded lettuce, special sauce,tomatoes along with shoe string fries made fresh. Right out of the frier. Hot and lots of fries. Burger was freshly cooked. Buttered buns then toasted. Place was very clean and when customers left they were there to clean up the table and chairs. Sweeping and windows were very clean. Next time going to try the ice cream. Just too full this time. I know next time we are in the area we will stop. Staff were friendly and got food out fast and hot. Offered a sample of there fresh made potato chips and was impressed. Tasty and cooked just right.

Very slow with my order. I waited 45mins for my food. Shakes i got fast but they were mostly melted b4 i got food. Ppl who ordered after me got food b4 me. On a good note though the staff was friendly and apologized for the wait at least. 1st time ordering at this rogers location. Others are much faster. On a another note. Fries tasted bad. Like old over used oil bad. So bad my dog wouldn’t even eat them. They were thrown in the garbage. Burgers seemed thrown together haphazardly. Was not impressed at all with this rogers location.

This is THEE SPOT. Best burger, fries, and shake I’ve had. Yes, all 3..the best! It’s rare a restaurant can get something to stand out and hit just right, this place got the whole meal. Food all looked as good as it tasted, fresh ingredients. Even the root beer tasted extra spicy and fizzy. The FRY SAUCE? So good I could almost drink it with a straw. My preteen who nitpicks EVERYTHING even said, mom this is good, can we eat here regularly? UNHEARD OF. So glad we stopped. There was no wait, lobby was a quarter full, clean didn’t area and staff was on top of things! Love to see it! Thanks for the great dining experience.

Food is good.But the service was slow. Other people got their food before we did when they ordered after us. Waited 20 minutes for two burger meals. Frys were soggy and cold my lettuce wrap was wilted and had black spots on it. Chips really thin and too salty.
