Awesome place to get some fantastic Mexican food. It’s small, maybe 10 or so tables and then another 10 spots at the bar. Food tasted fresh and had tons of flavor. Food came out fast and hot! Margaritas were excellent!! Staff was very friendly and attentive. Definitely a new go-to spot in Harbor Springs!

Being forgotten and not served at another local restaurant led us here. So glad it happened. Service was personable and I felt like they were interested in us and making it an enjoyable experience. The food was delicious. Wish I could make beans that creamy. The food is homemade. The portions are large, so I know what is for lunch tomorrow. I highly recommend this restautant.

This is one of our year round favorite restaurants. Portions are large and tasty. We especially like the Mexican chicken dish with cheese and mushrooms but really haven’t had a dish we didn’t like. Food is a little pricey but margaritas are even higher. So if we drink, we have beer or soft drinks. My wife would like to have a wine choice. No waiting during winter months but 20 -30 minutes during May to August due to their popularity

This was hands down one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve ever been too, including from Mexico itself! The salsa and chips have great flavor (good cilantro, tomato, onion, and pepper/heat balance). We had the chicken rice soup to start and it was sooo good! It’s a broth-based soup with lots of shredded chicken and rice, served with a healthy dollop of sour cream and a generous slice of avocado. For dinner, I had flour enchiladas stuffed with chicken. I couldn’t decide between the red or the green sauce, so I had both! If we weren’t traveling, I would have saved some for later! The service was outstanding and I heard people ordering some yummy sounding margaritas! Very pleasant atmosphere too! If you are looking for a truly satisfying meal and are maybe considering pizza or burgers instead, I beg you to try Rodrigo’s instead!!

The small bowl of Queso was $15 which seemed high for how much we received.
Chips & salsa were good & fresh.
Atmosphere was interesting, very unique skeleton theme, apparently popular in some Mexican places.
Overall the experience was ok. Probably wouldn’t go out of our way to come back.

We stopped here for dinner based off of the great reviews and it did not disappoint! The entire staff was incredibly friendly – genuinely kind which made our dining experience that much more enjoyable. We ordered the queso with chorizo which was the best I’ve ever had. We also had the skinny margaritas which were great! We ordered the pollo supremo, street tacos and steak burrito and would definitely recommend (street tacos were good, but not something that we’d order again in comparison to the other dishes). Our server was Jorgie and he was incredibly accommodating and helpful. I personally felt that this was the best Mexican restaurant all around that I’ve ever been to. Now I’m just disappointed that there’s not one in Charlotte, NC!

Shrimp Fajita and Fish Tacos were well seasoned with no fishy taste. Fried beans were too salty, corn tortillas were fresh and flavorful. Will definitely be back.

I love the white fish tacos & salsa here! I had a skinny margarita that tasted great; hubby thought his regular one tasted like lemonade. Overall, I love the food here and will come back every time we visit HS.
