Rodizio Brazilian Grill in Salt Lake City was fantastic from the moment I walked in. The service was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The gauchos kept the meats coming nonstop, and everything was consistently tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The salad bar and sides were fresh and delicious, and my unexpected favorite was the roasted coconut pineapple slaw—bright, sweet, and refreshing.
My top picks of the night were the garlic steak, the parmesan steak, the sweet and sour chicken, and the lamb, which was incredibly flavorful. I even tried the chicken heart, something I normally wouldn’t go for. It wasn’t bad at all—just not for me. It had a slight metallic, iron-forward taste, which is typical for hearts, but it wasn’t overpowering.
A huge shoutout to Dallas, the young man bringing the different meats around. He really made the experience stand out. He let me know when favorites like the grilled pineapple and ribeye were coming out so I didn’t miss them, and his energy and attention added a lot to the meal.
For $41.99, the quality, variety, and service made this an excellent experience from start to finish. Definitely a five‑star visit.

We really enjoy Rodizio Grill and the food tonight was delicious as always. Most of the staff was friendly and attentive.
However, our final interaction with a server named Roberto left a sour note. We were using a complimentary dinner certificate for two. When we arrived, we were told to show it to the server at the end, which we did. When it came time to settle the bill, there seemed to be confusion about how to process the certificate. It took multiple trips back and forth to management, and we were left waiting while it was “figured out.”
Additionally, we felt pressured multiple times about desserts and coffee after we had clearly said we were full and ready for the check. The overall tone felt rushed and unnecessarily aggressive at the end of our meal.
The food was excellent, and most of the service was great. Unfortunately, your final interaction can really shape the overall experience. I hope there’s better clarity in the future when handling your own gift certificates.

We took a group of 8 people here and had an awesome dinner experience. From the moment we sat down, the energy was lively and welcoming — perfect for a big group night out. The concept of continuous cuts of meat brought right to the table by the gaucho servers made it feel like a Brazilian feast, and everyone in our group loved trying different types — from juicy beef and savory pork to perfectly seasoned chicken and even grilled pineapple. The meat was hot, flavorful, and kept coming as long as we wanted more, which is exactly what you want when you’re dining with friends and family. While the meat servers were polite and friendly, the overall service was lacking. Our waitress only came by once to mention she was leaving for the day and to introduce the next server, but she never checked if we needed anything else.
For a restaurant that charges over $45 per person, we expected a much higher standard. We’re not the kind of people who like to waste food, but as shown in the photo, we left quite a bit on our plates simply because it was inedible due to the level of salt. It wasn’t just the meats, the side dishes and salads were also overly salted. The only things we genuinely enjoyed were the yuca and the fried plantains.
Overall, this was disappointing both in terms of taste and health. Food that salty simply shouldn’t be served, especially at this price point. Unfortunately, we would not return.

This is definitely a top notch Brazilian Steak House with all the salad bar items you would expect like hearts of palm, yucca roles, asparagus, and much much more. The pineapple and coconut cole slaw was my favorite raw item.
The skewers of meat that kept coming and coming were absolutely delicious.

my girlfriend and I came on for the together forever event for valentine’s day, and it was such a blast. our server, Roberto, was very nice and attentive. there was never a time where i asked myself, “where’s my server”. some of the cuts of meat weren’t great, but the overall experience was worth it. thank you rodizio grill for making this valentine’s day very special!

We had an amazing experience at the rodizio! The food was delicious every cut of meat was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. But what really made the lunch special was our server, Jairo. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we always had what we needed. His service was exceptional and made the whole dinner even better. Highly recommend this place — and if you go, ask for Jairo!

Roberto!!!! Literally the best, we had a work party and nearly $1000 bill and Roberto was attentive, kind, present, and very helpful during service for our dinner… excellent employee- give this man a raise!
