The meat was great, I wish the cook was a bit quicker so I could get “bem pasado” and “mal pasado” from the same cut. Also, I wish the ribs “costela” was an every day thing because it wasn’t there when I went there. With all that said, is an amazing restaurant which I will totally go more often
Great service and fantastic staff. Salad bar is awesome and have everything, including kids mac n cheese.
Great and friendly staff.
Will definitely return with family.
We got seated in maybe the worst table in the restaurant as it was in the middle of everything, salad bar, servers, desert station, very hectic spot with not much view. Though they were really busy with big parties of people, we basically got screwed by it. Waited, no joke, 45 minutes for my first drink which while it was a mixed drink, was not 100 ingredients or some special preparation. The manager was kind enough to comp us a couple drinks and a dessert, but considering we didn’t really plan to have dessert it felt more like them trying to offload the thing probably most people don’t spend the extra for.
Salad bar was good, meats were ok.. like they had some good options, but it wasn’t anything special, just kind of something you could grill up on your home grill and enjoy. No intense flavors or unique cuts. Appetizers were pretty bland as well which even though they were free we didn’t care to even get more of. Best food was the 3-4 dishes they had on the salad bar that were in heated dishes. Everything else was just OK, which for the price was disapointing.
Had a reservation for 7, stated it was date night as it asked while making reservation, arrived at 640(early,but ok) and were told they would seat us closer to 7. About 10 after 7, we were walked to a table way the back corner. To the right side along the wall was a party of about 12 plus, very loud btw, and the table sitting parallel to ours was a father with 2 young children, being kids and that didn’t bother me as much as the adults were drowning everything out. As soon as my fiance sat down, she jumped up immediately saying the chair was wet…..It was actually soaked!!!! Mind you, the father and 1 child had backs turned towards us and with there chair positioning(because the restaurant has it crammed, not the father’s fault) so we planned to sit together, then that happened, then I realized how close the gap was from table to wall and I’m 6’2 , I wasnt going to fit. We both looked at each other and realized we could barely hear one another. We asked to be moved, and after a couple minutes of awkward standing in the corner we were moved. We were sat next to another big party but we could hear one another and that’s all that mattered. The large group was awesome as we interacted with them during picture time and chatted with the owner before we left!! Say Sewer!!!! Yall will know if you see this!! You guys made the atmosphere amazing!
Anyway, we ordered drinks, went to go to the salad bar and I could see the amount of water on my fiances pants. I could see her discomfort. Management came by, and honestly the waitress had shown more empathy over the situation, and said our drinks were on her( A coke and non alcoholic lime drink with cream that was amazing). Actually, they were on my Fiances pants first!!
After that while ordeal it was even more disappointing when the meat was coming around. The cuts were unedible, fatty and a lot of nerves. Even the guy cutting it said, oh that’s a nerve!! Like I said, I’ve been here more then 10 times overs the years and have never experienced anything like this. My better half was very much agreeing.
As usual the pineapple was amazing, and a few cuts were as well, can’t miss with the peppered steak!
Mind you, we live out of town, have many kids and we’re looking forward to our time. When we got home, her pants were still wet, with heated seats on the way home. That’s how wet it was, and honestly hard to see with the seat pattern.
