We came in to celebrate my birthday , there was a lot of traffic due to the event next door so kee that in mind when parking

We got sat right away and had two wonderful servers (one was in training and she was extremely knowledgeable of the menu ) great smiles and conversations in between and they came to make sure we had what we needed

The buffet was a bit bland the cheese didn’t taste like what were used to maybe it was processed and stored in the open
The steak was great cut portions but we felt there wasn’t much options outside of steak sausage and chicken that night

We do plan on coming back with friends during the day hopefully we will have better luck with the food selection .
We got crème brûlée for dessert and it was super sweet and big deff couldn’t finish it
We will come back to try the cheesecake

Another great place to visit in Columbus!
We were seated quickly along with our drink orders. Some were new to the Brazilian Steakhouse experience, but eventually everyone caught on and found their favorites!
The salad bar is not to be skipped here.
Our “Gauchos” brought so many different options from the grill. You might want 5 pieces of steak, but then the garlic parm chicken is brought to the table.
Well worth the price, just try to pace yourself!

Yesterday on Friday, September 19, we went as a group of five adults and a 20 month old baby to Rodizio Grill to celebrate the birthdays of two people in our group. We had two birthday coupons prepared for the occasion.

We arrived for our 6:30 p.m. reservation, and once seated, we immediately informed our server that one member of our group was pregnant and could not eat any meat cooked less than medium. The server acknowledged our request.

We then went to the buffet, where we found that several items were lukewarm. During our first hour at the table, the meat rotation only included spicy chicken, parmesan chicken, and chicken hearts. They brought steak only once, and it was completely rare (just seared on the outside). We politely told the server about this and asked if they could bring medium-cooked meat instead, explaining again that we had a pregnant person in our group. The server agreed and assured us it was on its way.

After an hour and twenty minutes in the restaurant, our server informed us that the birthday coupons automatically add a 20% gratuity to the bill. She then dropped the check at our table—without us asking for it and her without offering dessert. At this point, no properly cooked meat had been served yet, and the few that arrived continued to be very rare, not edible even.

When another server came to pick up the check, we explained everything that had happened. She apologized, offered us free dessert, and once again assured us that medium-cooked meat would be on its way. Forty minutes later, a server finally brought out several cuts of meat on an extremely hot tray and placed it directly in front of the baby sitting at our table. The meat was completely overcooked, dried out, and portioned so small that it couldn’t feed our group. Another server came by, questioned why the tray had even been placed on our table, and asked again if we wanted it. Thinking it was some sort of joke, we said no. He then removed the tray and immediately offered it to the table beside us.

We never asked for any additional discounts and ended up paying our bill in full (it did include birthday discounts)

At around 8:30 and two hours later with none of our requests being met, we asked the hostess at the front desk to validate our parking ticket so we wouldn’t have to pay at the garage. She appeared to agree and acted as if she had done it, but when we tried to leave the garage, we discovered the ticket was never validated and we ended up having to pay.

In short, we left hungry, upset and with the worst restaurant experience we’ve ever had, and it completely ruined our celebration. We’re definitely never coming back here again. -10/10

Overall, we enjoyed our experience here. It wasn’t as flashy as some of the other Brazilian steakhouses I’ve visited over the years, but it was nice, clean, and had a reasonable atmosphere. We went on a Sunday and it wasn’t busy, which made for a pleasant visit. Most of the staff were extremely enjoyable, professional, and courteous, and they did a wonderful job. However, we did have a couple of issues.

Our waitress was extremely slow and kept forgetting things. My wife asked for water and the waitress never brought it, so she had to go to the bar herself. The second time she asked the same waitress for water, it took nearly 15 minutes. The waitress simply wasn’t attentive to any reasonable degree, which was frustrating given how proficient and professional the rest of the staff was. After our plates were cleared and we asked for the check, another 10–15 minutes passed without receiving it, so we had to go to the bar to request it. When we finally got the check, there was no pen included, so we had to return to the bar again to ask for one. I understand some of these things may seem trivial, but they added up to a frustrating experience.

The only other issue was that, at times, the wait for the meat to come around to the table felt a bit long. About 50% of the time it was perfectly fine, but the other 50% we found ourselves wondering if anyone was coming by. Overall, we would still recommend this restaurant, and I believe the waitress issue was likely a one-off staffing problem.

First time here and was a great experience. Of all the choices brought forward, most were homeruns. Never even made it to the salad bar. Fair prices. Cinnamon Pineapple was awesome along with the creme brule for dessert. Beer is cold. Recommend reservations.

Very limited selection on meat choices. The ones they had are rare and chewy and tough to eat. 4 people 245$ was not worth the food choices. THE CHOCOLATE CAKE IS THE WORST DIED OUT CAKE IVE EVER HAD.

For reference of a true scale of 1-5 star reviews; 1 star being the worst thing I have ever had, and 5 being the absolute best thing that has happened to me, I give this restaurant a total of 2.5/5 stars. The ambience and decorations of the place were very contemporary and bland 2/5. The service was subpar so they get 2/5 for this section; the guachos skipped right past our table at times even while our block was green, also they would give us the smallest little sliver of meat, the size of a french fry, when they did arrive at our table. The actual taste of the food was average…although the salad bar did have some great things on it like ceviche, and other interesting items, but, when one goes to a Brazilian steakhouse, you expect…steak. The meats that they brought out to us for the majority where cheap meats meant to fill you up such as sweet and sour chicken breasts…chicken hearts…bacon wrapped pork…bread on a stick??. They did eventually bring out sirloin and lamb but for a small time period at the end, overall the actual taste of the food rating was 3/5. In terms of time efficiency for a customer, I’d give it a 2/5… Wife and I stayed in the restaurant until we felt like we had our fill of meat which happened to be 1.5 hours… (Wife and I are both under 160lbs people for reference). Overall, I concluded that the profit margins for the restaurant must be huge. Charge customers $50/person, fill them up with cheap meats at the beginning totaling <$10, then take a long time to come around to tables so their appetite has time to calm down so they don't eat much more of their costly good meat. Considering the locale of the restaurant I can see the rationale of the business model, but if you're looking to actually have a 5/5 dining experience, this is not the place. Additionally, this is not the worst experience I've ever had either. I've had better tasting meat and service at mom and pop local restaurants.

Out of all the Brazilian steakhouses in or near Columbus – this one is the worst! They serve slivers of meat- mainly chicken. If you don’t sit near the grill you barely get served. When I spoke to our server about the service she sent the manager over. She did nothing, no discount, didn’t offer us a free dessert, she basically told us “oh well”. We get better service at McDonald’s for a fraction of the cost! Try Texas de Brazil or Fogo de Chao for a more authentic experience! 1/5 – do better Rodizio!
