Good overall visit. Was a pretty big space with multiple seating area. Seating was more consistent with a mom and pop diner. #the 80’s want their tables, chairs and booths back. Place needs to come into the current century.
Exceptional service with multiple table touches throughout my extended time here. From refills on salsa red and green, chips, napkins etc..
Just got some street tacos which also came with rice and beans. I also ordered pico de gallo and Gaucamole a la carte. Food quality was good and consistent throughout each item.
There was quite a good volume of people coming through and they did a good job of turning tables. Seeing how many mexican restaurants there are in the area competition has kept them on their toes.
Was a good first impression and will probably check out the competition next time I’m in town. LOL!

I’ve been here a couple of times for lunch. The food is good, great flavor, you’ll be greeted with chips and salsa. The service is fantastic. As on any restaurant, expect some wait time during the busy hours. Prices are reasonable. One of my to go restaurants when I’m traveling and stop in Huntsville.

(Everything) on my plate was Excellent ! I’ve never had Mexican food this Good before. The salsa was so good that I ordered some more and I ordered more to go. ( I ordered the, Fajita plate.) Note: Might not want to charge so much for a full of Sour Cream, other than that I’m looking forward to coming back as soon as possible… I live 150 miles away ! EXCELLENT FOOD !

The owner and her son served us. I had a chicken breast with grilled vegetables and melted cheese. Ingredients were fresh avocado, sour cream, chips, and salsa. Overall, it was a very delicious meal and great service. Sweet tea , water, and a free ice cream.

Very good authentic Mexican food restaurant, the atmosphere is amazing the food and queso is to die for and we cannot forget about the family respectful environment. wish they were better with communication and getting the female employees to not seem so hostile.

Do not skip over this place! It’s a hidden gem and one of my favorite places for authentic Mexican food in huntsville! I’ve eaten food from Rodeo on multiple occasions with multiple different people, and the food was tasty for everyone every time! Thanks, Rodeo! You will see me again soon!

We took a Lyft to Rodeo’s from the truck stop. The food was good, it was Karaoke night, which was ok. Then when it was time to leave, there were no Lyft drivers. One of the staff drove us back to the Pilot. Thank you.
My only suggestion is to have more than one kind of Salsa.

Can’t say enough about the SERVICE here! 7pm on a Monday and we were greeted, seated, and had our drinks and appetizers with in 5 mins, no joke. Multiple people came around to check on us not just the waiter who was great! New favorite Mexican Restaurant in Huntsville for us!! You will not be disappointed!
