A few of us went here today and were greatly impressed. The atmosphere, service, and food were wonderful. We got the enchiladas supreme and the build your own large burrito, and they absolutely were not kidding about the size of this burrito. Definitely come hungry if you want to order this very fairly priced item. Also, the enchiladas were wonderful. We will be returning for sure! Please itemize receipts though.

Second time dining at this restaurant. The first time was several years ago. I decided to give it another try. There were seven in our party, our server was good, he did his job well. Friends had margaritas which they said were really good. I got the enchiladas supreme, when I received my meal after a few bites I realized the inside of the enchiladas were cold, refrigerator cold, cheese in the enchilada was not soft or melted. Beef was blah. Our server did take the plate and returned with another plate that was hot on the inside. So he tried to make it right but the flavor of the food for me was not the typical Mexican flavor.. it was not good. I did not finish my plate. Kids meals were decent, kids seemed to like them.
I will likely not return since you can drive less than a mile further down the road and get much better Mexican food! This place has a esthetic environment but not so great food.

Love this restaurant. Plenty of parking. The outside patio area is spacious and under cover … usually pretty shady and cool. A little on the pricey side but the food is very tasty. I’ve been here at least six times in the last 3 months and the servers have always been accommodating and ready to please. Remember to go inside to be seated at a table on the patio.

One of the best Mexican restaurants in Roanoke-Salem Area. We stayed for hours enjoyed some really good food and drinks. The waitstaff was the best. Has a full bar with lots of Draft beer options. We tried the margarita sampler. That lava bowl was packed full of meat. Love this restaurant, we visit at least once a month.

The place is great! The staff are very friendly we had a great waiter named Aiden. The place is kept clean. The parking lot is very nice and safe. They have out door seating. The bar on the other side does not interfere with you enjoying your quiet dinner on the other side of the restaurant. I could not recommend this place any higher! This is our new place to come and eat even if it’s a far drive. Please come here and enjoy this place!

This place has a pretty cool set-up. Good out door seating in front with some fire pits. They also have bar seating outside to the open windows of the bar inside. Walkingnin they have 2 large seating areas, one to the right and left. Thought they had a pretty tasty salsa, with just a little kick.. I eat at a lot of Mexican joints and always get excited when I see something unique and new on a menu. Dont remember what it was called, but basically it was a corn tortilla filled with cheese, a shredded beef, spices and cilantro, then fried. Very good. It comes with a soupy dip. Was very happy with it. Everyone enjoyed all their food and a bunch of Margaritas. Wait staff was great, very attentive and took care of all our needs. I would recommend this place and look forward to my next visit.

I visited this restaurant today during lunch time. The food was fresh and tasted great. The salsa was surprisingly tasty and chips were crispy. The fried chimichanga was crispy on the outside with moist chicken inside. Very good! The beans and rice were good, and presented well.
It was my first time in this restaurant and I was unfamiliar with the lunch options. My only complaint was that the server made no mention of the buffet.
I’ll have to give that a try on my next visit.

We had Rodeo Chico Cater our party! They did a fantastic job, tons of food and it was all so good. I had numerous guests come up and compliment the food, asking where it was from and that they now needed to make a trip there! I highly recommend Rodeo Chico for your catering or dine out needs!
