We waited 45min. In the drive through! With almost no customers. When we finally got to the window. 3 girls were chit chatting, one had the time to eat and drink. My husband’s shake was melting, on top of that both mine and his shake was wrong. The customer service was crap. The reason this even got one star instead of zero is that the food was at least warm after waiting so long.

Really good, clean, simple burger joint. The shakes were good, the onion rings were great. Glad I stopped here with my kids on our road trip. They all left happy, and each had a lollypop from their kids meal.

The shakes are fine, but when ordering through drive-thru the lady was very short and rude from the moment we started to order. We asked a question and got a very rude “no” and the rest was down hill. I could give the name, but I won’t be that person. You work in customer service. That was no service.

My wife and I decided to stop in here and get some lunch. We had never been before. They have a pretty wide variety of burgers, sandwiches, chicken, etc. The food wasn’t great, but it was expensive for what it is. Regular fast food at the major chains is already expensive enough, but Rockys is a notch up from that.
On top of the process being too high, it felt like the gal taking our order was really put out by our being there. No smiles and quite gruff; like we had disrupted her day. It’s unlikely we’ll go back.

I do DoorDash and the girls in the front are always playing around and won’t give me my orders fast. I had 2 orders and they dint told me with drink goes with Wich bag. And I ask them and they laugh.

They need to train there new employees. Not just leave them at the register and let them go. They got 4 orders of mine wrong. I the. Had to sit longer for them to make them. I was sitting around for at least 45 min to an hour. Still had not gotten my shakes, finally got the shakes and the person. Over filled 2 of them and they were dripping all over, it made a mess all over my car. The cookies and cream was not even blended and there was hardly any cookies in it. Got home and sat down to eat and the hamburgers were red still. Ewwww I know some like them that way, but not I.
Over all very poor service!!!! Don’t think I will return!

Also there was one gentleman that was super nice and seemed to care. The cook on the other hand would just bring the food up. Call the numbers look at you and just walk away. There were other employees that were upfront and didn’t seem to pay no mind to anyone besides the newly cashier, which was still trying to figure out the register.

I am sooooooo done with this place. It took forever to make my food which would have been fine but my Aussi burger no lettuce or tomato as the picture shows isn’t even close to what I ordered. This going with the last time I was there and they forgot to put a bun on my hamburger. Isn’t like putting a bun on the hamburger in the book hamburgers for dummies someplace?

Staff cared more about socializing and getting ice cream and drinks for themselves than helping customers. Almost every table was dirty, and the “Fry Sauce” bucket was just laying open where customers had dipped the cups in to get sauce. The food was not good at all. Waited 20 minutes for frozen burger patties that had just been heated up, not fresh, bread that fell apart, and toppings that looked like they should have been tossed the night before. The medium drink that comes with the meal is 16oz, and both the curly fries and onion rings were burnt but cold when we got them. Not worth $15 a person, especially when both people who ate don’t feel good after.
In my opinion an owner needs to supervise their staff more. It seemed like a “when the farmer is away we will play,” type of night. Standing in a corner away from where customers can see them, only coming out to get their own needs. Never greeted and never thanked. They were not understaffed at all, especially for how busy they were.
