I was very disappointed and hunger yesterday. I gotten my pizza late at night. When I finally got home after my errands, I fell like I bite into a bottle of hot sauce. It was spicy for some reason. I ate at the location for a few years and my pizza never taste or smell like this before.Now I have a house full of people upset and hunger trying to figure out what to eat. I decided to wait until the next day to call them for a refund since it was so late at night and now I had to find something else to eat. My the time I got home I was tired and not wanted to deal with them. Just to find out they refused to refund or replace the pizza as they claimed I should have call that day. I feel like they knew the pizza they sold was bad that why they won’t refund or replace them the next day. Why would it matter if I call today or yesterday it not like they can resell the pizza the pizza would taste the same as yesterday. Now I wasted over $50 on hot sauce pizza that should have been just pepperoni pizza.

Excellent calzone. Flavor fantastic, full of fresh ingredients, I skipped the ham and added mushrooms instead, and so big you can make multiple meals from it. Excellent price also

When you walk in the door, you get that old world pizzeria smell and the aged interior that tells you they’ve been here for a long time. That’s actually a good thing!
I decided to eat in and go with the basic pepperoni, mushroom and onion pizza. The pizza was served on a large metal pan, piping hot out of the oven. The sauce had a really nice fresh tomato flavor. The mozzarella cheese was buttery and stringy. The pepperoni was nice and thin, with slightly crisp edges, the way I like it. The crust was the only thing that didn’t earn high grades. It was just okay. It was a bit dense and chewy which wasn’t awful, it was more that I have had better tasting pizza at a couple other Hagerstown pizza restaurants.
So I’d give Rockys a solid 4 out of five which isn’t bad at all… just third place on my Hagerstown favorite pizza places.

Today we ordered lunch for our office staff which we do often and someone suggested Rocky’s. I ordered a steak and cheese lunch special. When we received the food it was a chicken cheesesteak. I was upset because I was really looking forward to the steak and cheese. I called to inform them that they had gotten my order wrong, which I understand can happen. They did apologize and offered to make my sandwich over. I explained to them that I work the whole way on the other side of town and I wouldn’t be able to make it there and back in time to finish my lunch break. I was expecting to be offered a refund. Instead it was just silent. As a small business owner I understand not wanting to offer the money back. So I asked if it was ok if I saved the sandwich and bring it back after work and exchange it for the order that I originally intended to get. The response was “if that’s what you want to do.” So that was how we finished the call. With me having to go out of my way to get the right food. No problem it happens. I didn’t push back on not getting the offer for a refund so I really couldn’t be too upset. As I sat there still hungry I decided that instead I am just going to eat the sandwich because I know me. Once 3pm hits I want to go home and since the store is not any where near my route home. I said forget it I will just eat the sandwich. This is the frustrating part. The chicken was extremely dry. I asked for mayo and fried onions. The onions were just laying on top of the sandwich like an after thought, the mayo was almost non existent and the food was cold, fries were soggy and no salt. I was expecting at least lukewarm temp because it had to be delivered to me. I cannot speak for my co workers but i was very disappointed. I normally don’t leave reviews if I am not impressed but the “if that is what you want to do” kind of made me feel like it didn’t matter that the mistake was made and that I didn’t matter as a customer. Having been in the customer service and hospitality industry for over 20 years I would have offered to refund and replace the food making the extra travel back at least worth the customers time. I am the one that made the decision to eat the food so I do not expect a refund or a corrected order. I just wanted to bring awareness to my experience.

Small local shop. Typical options – pizza, subs, etc. All solid options, have never had a bad order. Lunch deals on subs and slices, take out deals available. Online, call in and walk in orders. Staff is friendly, place is clean, prices are fair and food is good. Definitely give them a try.

My absolute favorite option for local pizza. The delivery has never once been sub par and when I pick up orders myself, I’ve never had one that’s not ready early. Great values for great quality. Everything we’ve had has been good enough for us to get again. Absolutely 5/5 recommend and will have again.

Very good modest pizza shop. This is my second time and have loved everything I had. Took only 25 minutes for large order. Great price and certainly great quality! Very friendly when I called and took too much time to order because people could not make up their mind!
I do wish the hot wings had more sauce if they would mention selling blue cheese and celery/carrot sticks. Oil personally would not consider them hot…. just tasty.

Nothing a like the NY PIZZA. Flavor was ok, would recommend using a different type of bacon. Those bacon bits do not help. The bottom was soggy, no crunchy crust only the thin edge.

Got delivery from them and was here in a very timely manner, before the time we expected, food was hot and very good, we got cheese burger subs and fries, and a breaded mushrooms very good
