Very disappointed. I drove a nice distance because I was under the impression that the original owners were still in operation. Sadly they are not. I ordered a pizza puff meal an also a gyro meal. My Pizza puff was burned terribly and greasy. It also was sour to taste…if I didn’t stay so far I’d go back tonight for a refund. Called an was offered a “free” replacement….No Thanks!

18.70 for rocky burger and a drink. I figured it would be really good. Waited about 15 minutes for my food. Someone that ordered after me got their food first. There’s only one cook/cashier so it means he made their food first. Had a bad attitude and on top of everything I had to peel all 4 shrimp or I would’ve choked on the shrimp, half way through my meal I realized he never gave me my sprite. I’m new to the area and I’ll never come back.

Came for the gyro stayed for the Fresh Made Kung Pao Chicken bowl. Apparently Rocky’s – soon to be the SOCIAL WOK has a new owner and is transitioning to offer fresh made bowls etc. When I tell you all this bowl was just that FRESH, colorful and flavorful check them out soon! The owners were very nice and transparent about the changes happening in the restaurant. A true breath of fresh air.

People who come here and leave a bad review are miserable and cheap !
It’s a nice place, good food, and great service. Yes the prices are a little high but taxes in Berkeley are to blame.
Good little joints like this, need to stay afloat.
Don’t go there asking for a big meal expecting to pay less than $10 or $15 bucks.
I’m just saying this, because I’ve seen other customers complain about the most ridiculous things.

I just had a hot dog and fries but both were hot, fresh and tasty. There was a regular in at the same time and the staff knew how to cook her food the way she liked it.

Oh one of the BEST burgers & fry combo I’ve had in a long time. Big burger & loved the warm crispy fries! Only my 2nd time here & always surprised there not more people here. Good food, good price at only $11.00!! I’ll be back!!
