Thick rectangular crust, but more bready than your usual Chicago-style crust. Plenty of yummy cheese. Sausage comes in nice big seasoned chunks. Sauce has a bitter taste, and it isn’t for me. Overall, better than your average mall food court pizza.

Got pizza there shortly after open. Got a slice of the day and a pepperoni slice. It was very doughy, almost undercooked. Neither slice could be picked up, the consistency was closer to lasanga than pizza. I ate half of each slice and threw the rest away. You could cook and sell slices of frozen pizza from a grocery store and it would have been much higher quality and not a greasy disaster. One of the few times ive had a pizza i did t not like.

Pleasant experience, but nothing extraordinary. Super Slice sausage pizza was tasty, but a bit gummy, not crisp. Beverage was cold and refreshing. I Commend their recognition of veterans, and their loyalty program. Check it out yourself…they give you a big bang for your buck!!

Edit: They gave replied back to me with a promo and an apology. Upgraded from a 2 star to 5 star for excellent customer service! Definitely love Rocky’s. It sucked that it was a miss this time but I will be coming back!
The service was better than average. The pizza was disappointing. The sausages were cut in half from their normal size. As you can see they did not put many on either. The pizza was cheesy. I ordered extra sauce and got a normal amount. The other college location is better.

Was going to check out what they have in the mall and rocky rococos spotted my eye we walked over there. One of the employees was talking to their friend sitting in the seating area and when they were done talking the employee sat on the counter and swung her feet over it to get back into the restaurant side. Made us instantly leave didn’t even want to look at their menu.

When I walked into the fox river mall, on a Sunday afternoon, I got a whiff of greatness coming from this corner pizza place called “Rocky Rococos.” My feet left the ground as I started to levitate towards the scent and once I got to the counter I was greeted by beautiful smiles of the amazing employees. I ordered a super combo the sausage and pepperoni slice with breadsticks and a root beer and it was ever so heavenly!! I left a $50 tip because of how amazing this establishment is and how amazing the people were:) I would 110% recommend everything on the menu it’s so delightful and scrum-diddly-umpcious!! P.s. super cute dude with curly hair and highlights with glasses.

I love rocky Rocco. This location can be hit or miss. Lots of times there will be no one out front. We sometimes get breadsticks that are undercooked or pizza that wasn’t cut correctly (too small). For the most part it’s great though. I like that the soda refills are free unlike most of the other restaurants in the mall.

To start off, I am very disappointed in the lady that took my order. She is chubby and has a very mean voice of tone. She has blonde hair and is very mean. As a customer I should feel welcomed and I didn’t. If you guys take a look in the photo I didn’t even get a straw for my drink. She told me that the pasta machine is broken and they don’t have a salad. She also didn’t have a mask on which puts all of us at risk. Overall she is just very rude to all the customers.
