Met some former colleagues for lunch to catch up and Rockies makes for an easygoing spot. Food is decent and a great smaller salad bar – the main draw for my friends. Plus they seem a bit lower traffic so easy to hang out and talk .

My kids(younger kids) wanted Rocky’s on Halloween so I said sure. We usually do dominoes or Pizza Hut but what ever.
Picked up the order came home and it smelt like dirty oil and tasted horrible. I called the store and told them this is nasty it taste horrible, can I get a refund on my pizza. She’s ohh no I’m sorry, but we can’t issue a refund we can remake it for you if you want. We live a little ways from rapids so I wasn’t getting my two toddlers dressed again. I got them all undressed and in their pjs and l was not going to load them back in the car to get another pizza. The owner was nice and stated to the manager working he’ll redo the order and be ready for pick up when ever I choose.. I’m like okay, thank you. Well later that night both me and my 8yr old got sick off the pizza. Like a 12hr stomach flu. Anyway I called this evening to have them remake our pizza for supper tonight. Well who ever is working stated they have no records of a remake for my order. The owner is nice but his workers need better customer service skills. Things happen, I get it but at least be pleasant with attempting to correct them.
Then when I did come in to pick up, I stated I had a pick up, she don’t even say anything just turned around and yelled into the kitchen for our pizza and gave it to me and said here I threw some breadsticks in. Have a good night. Like wow some customers service for a mistake.

I ordered online for a pickup on my way home from work. Pizza was ready when promised, hot and made with fresh ingredients. I was greeted by a friendly face and served promptly and efficiently. Thank you for a pleasant experience and a yummy treat for dinner.

I never do this but we thought we would try this one more time at Rocky Rococo’s Because our boys wanted this for their birthday. The last 2 times was the same with burnt pizza and rock hard breadsticks. We though maybe wait a couple months and it would be a different cook. No no no same old burnt pizza. My boys were so disappointed, when they opened the box. we live 30 minutes away and we even ordered online ahead of time. So we wouldn’t have this happen. This is why we drive an hour and a half to the other rocky rococos, just to get great pizza and breadsticks!

My children from out of state visited us last weekend. They bought Rocky’s pizzas and breadsticks for the first time and our whole family Loved It! Then I went yesterday to get a pizza for my husband and I and accidentally ordered the wrong one. It was my fault but the manager made me another one at no extra charge and I went home with both. Great people and yummy pizza.
