I had the carne asada quesadilla….oh my gosh sooo good. The meat was very flavorful and there was a lot in it. You should definitely give it a try.

Enjoyed this local Mexican restaurant which is recommended in Minturn. Casual dining atmosphere and freshly made Mexican food. Had a pork carnitas burrito and it was delicious. Chips and salsa great too. They have many sauces to top your meal. Reasonable priced place with intimate seating.

Very tasty food truck tacos. We had visited the next door Native Roots store and decided to stay and have lunch since it was such a nice sunny day. So glad we did! Very friendly staff and very tasty street tacos. A variety of excellent salsas and sauces to try as well. Highly recommend.
