This place is amazing! The food is great and so is the coffee. Go outside to eat and experience the river and have a picnic. My son ate the blackberry coffee cake so fast, and it makes a nice fun treat on vacation. My husband also loves the pull aparts.

We stopped in for food before driving back to Seattle. Super yummy and very popular. Solid coffee and good food options, they do pre make the breakfast sandwiches and breakfast burritos so that is fast. Excellent baked goods as well. Coffee is what takes a bit but is worth it.
Fun design within and old vintage things around.
Just expect a line of you don’t get there early! Not somewhere to go if you are in a hurry. Would definitely eat here again.

We visit Winthrop every year and truly love it. On this trip, we stopped at this coffee shop to warm up since it was very cold outside. There were six of us, and we ordered six hot coffees. Unfortunately, all of them were really cold. When we politely told the staff, they were rude, made new coffees, and those were still cold and undrinkable. We ended up leaving without being able to enjoy our drinks. Very disappointing experience.

Very nice interior and busy!! Located right on the river bend with nice outdoor seating. Very limited quantities of their breakfast sandwiches.. There were no more bacon ones and we got the last sausage ones. The biscuit was crumbly and dry and the sausage was lacking flavor big time.. So was the egg, and somehow it was 2 inches thick! With proper seasoning the sandwich would be really good! We also got a Marion berry cream cheese muffin which was the best muffin I’ve had in quite a long time.. Friendly service and staff, but it was very loud in there because of the music so it was hard to hear. Overall, a good place to visit if you’re rolling through Winthrop early morning (not many places open before 9 am)

We stopped in for a quick snack to take on the road with us. We got the coffee cake made with buttermilk and a blueberry scone. Both were very good. We could have had them with coffee and there was lots of places to sit but we were in a rush. It has a very eclectic feel making it somewhat welcoming. The staff weren’t particularly friendly and given we were just grabbing and going we were put off by the implied ask for a tip.

Cute place with delicious coffee. The latte art ads a fun, personal touch to the experience. Visited twice with my husband during our weekend stay and I was super impressed with how good their lattes were. We enjoyed fresh sandwiches, the buttermilk coffee cake and a chocolate chocolate chip cream cheese muffin at lunch during our 1st day. We had the cinnamon roll and breakfast sandwiches with our coffee before we headed on our drive back home. I hope this helps people passing thru or visiting to make a stop in to this shop, because the coffee OR food alone makes it worth making this your first choice.

Very good coffee. Lovely ambience. It would be an enjoyable place to sit and while away some time. Great selection of pastries, bread and sandwiches although we did not try them. Stone seating out back by the river. “best coffee” in Winthrop award winner.

Stopped here for some breakfast and snacks before Cascade Park drive. Was really packed (summer though) and the line went ok. Food was pretty good, not spectacular. But definitely worth the stop, did exactly what we needed it to given there weren’t a ton of options once you hit the NP.

Been coming here for years and it’s a nice place with good atmosphere and friendly service. But it’s just been going a bit downhill. The last 2 times I had 3 incorrect items on my order. The pastry selection is limited to a point I question its a bakery and opening hours unreliable.
