I placed a pick-up order with DoorDash today. I ordered my food at approx. 11:50 am. When I arrived at 12:13 my food was still not ready. I waited for a while and asked for an update on my food. The person at the counter was not friendly or in a very good mood; seemed irritable at best. The second time I approached the person at the front to ask for an ETA, I wasn’t given an answer. I tried to explain to her that I didn’t have a lot of time to wait. Normally I wouldn’t mind waiting a few min, but I have a very restricted lunch break and mentioned that I had to leave to go back to work soon. Due to the lack of urgency and strict NO REFUND policy I was late going back to work. The food was ok….. I saw most of the ingredients being loaded to the frier from bags in the freezer which was disappointing.

Rocking Robyn is a must go to restaurant in Cleveland OH. The food alone will make you love this place, on top of that the service was amazing everyone was so helpful and kind. They had a very clean inside that you can eat at. I’m blown away!!! I’ll be back soon no doubt about that!!!!!
