AVOID IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE SCAMMED. Feel bad for the employees being taken advantage of by the Pyramid scheme that Herbalife is. Looked at my card and saw they charged me $168 after going there and getting one drink. Terrible company, can’t believe people are this susceptible to cons like Herbalife. AVOID

When I first visited Rockin Nutrition, I was extremely excited for the opportunity to have an Herbalife shake shop near my new home, as I religiously visited the one near my old apartment.
During one of my first few visits, I ordered the exact same thing as an individual in front of me, and was surprised to see two completely different shakes distributed. I had received none of the toppings or additions that the customer in front of me did, despite having paid the same price, and it was extremely apparent when looking at the two shakes. After this, the quality of the shakes that I was receiving continued to decline and I decided to take a break from this location.
Recently, I received a gift card to this location. After some time away – I was hopeful that I would have a positive experience, but unfortunately that was not the case. After handing my card to the owner of the shop and receiving my shake I was told “You’re good to go. See ya” and received no credit back for the $20 gift card that I had just handed her. For context, I ordered ONLY a single shake with no additional toppings or boosts – which is a cost lower than $20.
I am extremely disappointed in this location and, at this point, am only leaving this review to share my experience and allow others the opportunity to decide for themselves. I, however, will sadly never be returning to this shop.

Great place to get a healthy shake and tea (even decaf ones for those of us who don’t do caffeine)! My tea after Cardio Drumming today was refreshing! Love the Rock n Roll atmosphere, and the owner is amazing!

Stopped by opening day and tried their Funki-Town tea. It was absolutely DELICIOUS! I will definitely be back to have some more. They also carry protein shakes so if you are in need of a quick smoothie and or meal replacement after a workout this is a great place to replenish if you are in a rush. The establishment is modestly sized with 80s memorabilia on the walls and very kind staff that host Monday evening walks that anyone can join in if you are looking to be part of a supportive community. I definitely will be back and look forward to seeing this place grow! <3

The owner is nice but the teas and shakes are just bad. The tea is watered down and for 7-8$ I want my fully loaded tea not a watered down one. The shake was a flavorless big cup of ice. I was so upset I spent 15$ and I had to throw my shake away after a couple sips because I just couldn’t drink it! I have been doing herbalife all my life and have been to herbalife shops all over the metro and I have NEVER seen a shake like this it was bad. I will not be back.
