I visited with my family of 6, and although they were out of waffle cones and had to serve our ice cream in cups, the customer service was outstanding. The cashier even offered us a refund since they didn’t have the cones available. We tried to decline, but he insisted it was the right thing to do since they didn’t have the product. The ice cream here is fantastic, and the service was phenomenal. Highly recommend!

Such a great place to enjoy! They even stayed open a bit past closing time as our show didn’t get out soon enough for us to get over before 5pm.
The workers were so sweet and kind and while our party was well aware we were being served past closing hours, we were never made to feel rushed or that business was a bother. Really a fun experience to watch the ice cream being formed. It looks like a rocket launching with the liquid nitrogen billowing out of the the back of the rocket and into the bowl of cream and toppings. They have many different options to choose from on their menu or you can pick your own mix-in/toppings. The ice cream was good. We got the “mini” size but it was definitely enough to satisfy!
