Rock Reef Cafe is a family-friendly restaurant with a diverse menu that includes burgers, steaks, trout, pasta, and homemade pizza. They also offer breakfast options such as ribeye combos and a variety of omelets and pancakes. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating with highchairs available for children. Customers have praised the attentive service from staff members like Juvia. The food quality is exceptional, with dishes like the Bison burger receiving high praise for its preparation and taste.

Quaint little diner right on the main street in Torrey. Wonderful food, although it was huge portions and we couldn’t finish our plates, we enjoyed every bite. They even have a (mostly) working jukebox. There are fun little sayings and plaques all over the walls giving it a home-y family feel. It looks a lot better and friendly inside than out.

Edit: We went later for breakfast and although it was delicious and the potatoes were wonderfully seasoned and cooked, it was quite overpriced for what I actually received. I also ordered a chocolate milk and received a small glass of milk with chocolate Quik mixed in for $5.50. This is very expensive for a single fill small beverage that is just flavoring added to milk.

Pizza was great! Shared a half and half large with my wife. Had some for leftovers for the next night’s dinner. One of the few places open during the off season. Service was prompt and friendly! If I’m in the area during off season I’d definitely go again.

I’m not a vegetarian, but the veggie wrap looked inviting. Wow! It was the best veggie wrap that I’ve ever had. Everything looked and tasted fresh. The spinach wrap was lightly toasted. We went back a second time and ordered the Quinoa wrap. That was equally amazing.

Overall and excellent place for healthy food.

Everything was better than expected!! The service was excelent and the size and ingredients in the menu were delicious: tomato bisque soup, fettuccine Alfredo and 4 meat pizza, a really huge one!! It’s a must stop!!

For the pizza after a day in the desert. We felt bad for the server, she was the only one and wait times were long. But she killed it with service.

We ordered a pizza, kids stuff, salad and a beer. Don’t get the beer. But it wasn’t on the receipt so that’s good.

The pizza was good, but not great, but after a day in the desert in a small cafe, we could tell they were doing their best. Dessert was churros-best part!!!!!

Stopped at Rock Reef Cafe for breakfast, we had to wait until it opened at 10am, but it was worth the wait. The food was delicious, the service was wonderful and the atmosphere was very cute, I imagine it’s a really fun place in the summer, you can sit outside and look up at the beautiful mountain.
The prices were certainly reasonable.

Stopped in for dinner on our trip. The staff was very friendly and greeted us quickly. We ordered and food came to our table in a fairly quick time frame. The fish tacos were amazing!!!! My daughter was very happy with the kids meal. My husband got the carne tacos entree which came with soup or salad and fries or baked potato. Fries were ok nothing special. Great family place to stop by for dinner. Several table ordered pizzas which looked very tasty.

We stopped at Rock Reef Cafe on recommendation from my brother who had eaten here in the past, so happy we did. The inside is inviting, very clean, nice decor with cute signage on the walls and comfortable tables and booths. It has a cafe feel, very laid back. The owner/Chef and his wife treated us to a super tasty meal. I wish I remembered her name. She was on top of things, very accommodating and sweet. My daughter ordered the Bison burger w/fries, she really enjoyed it. My granddaughter and husband ordered Alfredo, one with chicken, they both thought it was some of the best Alfredo they have had. I had classic hot wings w/blue cheese dressing, it was delicious. The dinner salad was crispy and fresh, it was a great mix of salad greens, carrots, cucumber and tomato. We ordered a pizza because we could not pass up the chance to have a great pizza. Everything was delicious. We will definitely eat here on our way through Torrey.
