The brisket and ribs were tender, but not very flavorful. The charro beans were very good. The staff was friendly, which was the highlight for me. The atmosphere was on a busy street in the Eisenhower Market parking lot, so it was not a particularly relaxing setting.

BBQ was great and at a steal of a price. 2 meat plate with two sides was like $12, most places would charge double or triple that. Definitely worth a try, and sides were awesome, very spicy beans and jalapeño macaroni, great stuff!

We came across this hidden gem when accidentally took a wrong turn.
Rock Quarry Bar B Que was 1 of the 3 trucks we saw parked in front of this Market. Believe me when I say I have NOT came across a giant potato since El Paso TX(The Rib Hut). This potato weighed 3lbs after loading it with delicious pulled pork and brisket. Absolutely Delicious. Potato fed 2 of us. We will definitely be coming back for more!
