Tried one of the pizzas and was very disappointed. The dough is flattened by a press before they prepare it. It comes out as a cracker style crust with no leoparding or puffiness like you’d expect from a fire oven.
The whole menu is quite pricey for the standard fare items you can get at any Cascades/Great Canadian casino. The only plus to me is the complimentary drinks, but you can enjoy those without shelling out your money here.

Do keep the 2% system fee in mind if you pay with a credit card, and refrain from asking about it (lest you be told “everyone” is charging this system fee). I asked out of curiosity, and promptly regretted doing so.

Went here on Saturday before an event at the casino. I should have listened to the guy who told me “there’s no lineup but you better order your food now, because you’ll have to wait for an hour to get it”.
I was on a time crunch so I ordered chicken strips/fries, the easiest thing to make. After about
30min, my boyfriend pointed out that chicken strips/fries had been sitting under the heat lamp for some time. So he asked if that was my order, turned out…it was
So we said that we’re not taking the order. For $19, I think the food should be fresh at least. Manager said “I can’t change when food comes out!!”. Lol no, you can change when it gets to your customers…? Honestly, the meal tasted exactly like the BCF special. At least there, it’s made to order. My boyfriend’s burger was pretty good but after arguing for a refund and then waiting 45min altogether for his meal, he wasn’t into it. Really disappointing for a casino. Recommend that you eat somewhere else beforehand.
