Rock & Brews at LAX provided a surprisingly fun and engaging dining experience amidst the usual airport hustle and bustle. The atmosphere was a highlight, with vibrant rock-and-roll-themed decor and artistic touches that created a unique and energetic ambiance.

Our server was fantastic, providing attentive and friendly service throughout our meal. They consistently checked on us, ensuring we had everything we needed and enhancing our overall dining experience. Five stars for service!

However, the food itself fell a bit short. While perfectly edible, it lacked any distinctive flavor or flair. My breakfast sandwich, for example, tasted like something I could easily make at home. It wasn’t bad by any means, just very standard fare. It felt like it was prepared without much passion or culinary creativity, which was a bit disappointing. I’d give the food a 3-star rating.

Overall, Rock & Brews at LAX is a decent option for a quick bite in the airport, especially if you’re looking for a lively atmosphere and excellent service. If you’re seeking a memorable culinary experience, however, you might want to explore other options. I give it 4 stars overall.

If you’re reading this you’re in LAX and you’re going to overpay no matter where you eat. $24 plus tax for chicken tenders is outrageous; but the tenders were good, the fries were crispy, and they came out within 10 mins of ordering. There’s free water if you get it yourself.

We had the ultimate burger again. It was still wonderful. The large draft Blue Moon was tarty, too! When we got the bill, the Blue Moon was $20. They said everything was added to the cost, including the tip. Little did I know. Ask first before you order. It was still good to enjoy our meal together before our long flight to Kona, HI.

We enjoyed the ultimate burger with bacon added. It tastes great. We shared the burger which is good for the budget, too. The draft Blue Moon beer is my favorite. We had an enjoyable time during the one hour of waiting time for boarding the plane. Rock & Brew was a good place to spend time eating while you wait!

We were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was considering it’s an “airport restaurant”. They accepted our meal vouchers from our canceled flight, which was great. All of our food was really good. The pizza was a little delayed as they were having an issue with their oven. The wings were great, cooked perfectly, and had great texture and flavor. Highly recommend the pretzel as a delicious appetizer. The cheese and mustard it is served with are phenomenal. There are signs all over explaining that they automatically charge 20% gratuity so that you’re not surprised at the end.

Recently dined at Rock and Brews in the JetBlue terminal 5 at LAX and had a pleasant experience. The hostess informed us that an hour would be sufficient to get our order in and enjoy our meal, and that turned out to be accurate. Our server was fast and friendly, which added to the overall positive vibe.
My partner and I shared a burger, which was tasty, though we felt the fries could have been a bit crisper and hotter. Overall, it was a solid spot for a quick bite before a flight, and I’d definitely consider returning on my next trip through LAX!

See the scam in the photo!

Went there on Nov 3, 2025. We sat for 10 minutes with no service whatsoever. Another couple sat at a table next to us and received drinks and food in 5 minutes. The manager with the beard, apologized, said our military members should never be treated like that. He then stated he would refund the cost of the meal and brought a receipt stating it will show up in my bank. However, he did nothing of the sort.

If you go here, expect to wait a long time. Also, expect lies from the manager and staff. We will never return. We didn’t need free food. However, If you state that you’re going to give a refund, just do it. Don’t lie about it! See the scam in the photo!

Menu isn’t as advertised and when asked if they could give me the item I ordered per the menu they said “we don’t do it like that”. The menu item clearly shows an over easy egg on the breakfast bowl with no way to edit it. I assumed It would come out that way and it does not. They will not fix it and they were extremely rude about it.

First off its the airport so I dont expect much from any restaurant here in LAX. Had some time to kill since got through TSA early so walked around and finally decided on this place.

Was empty for breakfast so I walked in. Noted in small print on the menu is automatic 20% tip. Okay, im fine with that.

Ordered a breakfast burrito that came with a side of fresh fruit and an order of coffee. Order came out in a timely manner, however everything came in disposable tableware, paper plates, and a paper cup. Very tacky if you ask me. Guess no free refills on the coffee…

Food was decent, got free refills on the water served in a plastic cup. It is what it is…. 4 generous stars as I cant do 3.5

Ridiculously expensive. Almost 80 bucks for 4 drinks. Advance ordering via QR code requires tipping before service is rendered. When we ordered our second round, we waited 20 minutes for our drinks. When they arrived, my beer was warm and the ice in my wife’s margarita had melted. Obviously, the drinks sat on the bar for a while. Since the tip was already paid, what’s the incentive for prompt service? We won’t be back.
