We visited multiple times on our trip. Tried different appetizer and dishes. Eggrolls with zesty ranch were our favorite. The pasta dish had great flavor with a little bite to it. The Salmon had a crispy edge and managed to still be moist, was excellent. Highly recommended

Great food, relaxing environment and overall a great place for hanging out. Food options are decent, even if not extensive. I’ve been here many times, different days of the week and the wait to be seated is minimal. They also have outdoor seating with fireplace for colder months. Ideal for a family outing or business lunch/dinner.

Staff was amazing however like previous comments there is a lack of staff. I feel bad for them all having to cover many tasks and positions when there should be more people to help.
Also, like previous comments it did smell strongly like dirty mop water throughout the restaurant.
The food seemed ok and as I continued to eat, it became just plain bad. I got the hot honey chicken bowl. The broccoli was raw and not tossed in their butter sauce like the menu states. The dish also came with red cabbage and carrots that were raw and looked very old and with some obvious rotting signs. The avocado was very ripe and hard. The jasmine rice was overcooked and mushy, salty and old. I’m not sure if it was jasmine rice. The chicken was the best part but was still not great. It was very dry and tough. I don’t think it was old though.
The water also tasted like the smell of the restaurant and was not cold/ice cubes already mostly melted when it was brought over.
I am concerned about food poisoning and hope that I do not get sick after eating here. I should have honestly stopped eating but felt bad, and also spent too much money to not eat it (even though I was unable to finish the meal due to how bad it was.)

We went on a Thursday night during Happy Hour. We were seated right away. Our waiter was nice and patient. The food was delicious. I really enjoyed my hot honey chicken with rice and veggies. My husband loved the sauce so much he stole it for his brussel sprouts.

This is the third time I’ve come here and had a horrible experience. The green beans have come out looking like asparagus multiple times being super overcooked. The food is overpriced and cold when finally brought out. We waited over 45+ minutes for our food on a relatively slow night. The server was standoffish when taking our drink order right after we sat down and was visibly upset by the fact we needed a moment before we decided. After we placed our order the server didn’t check on us once during that 45+ minute wait to refill drinks or anything. A family left about 30-40 minutes before we did and the table was still dirty by the time we left. My friends meal was mostly breading with a few bites of chicken in what was supposed to be a fried chicken cutlet. I am a pretty patient person and I spoke to the manager last time this sort of thing happened directly to give a chance to correct the issue. Instead with my visit the other day I see the quality and the service of the food has only declined since. I visited the location on Park Meadows with a party of six with a reservation at 6pm on Thursday the 22nd. Our bill came to over $160+ and the service disgusted me enough that I will never be giving them another chance. I understand being shortstaffed but the way things are done here is unacceptable. I even waited three days to see if I really wanted to post this review but if you can’t afford to run a restaurant you should be calling a quits.

Service was OK and food was decent however, we were overcharged for their special which was the RB Cheeseburger+ House Brew. The table tent indicated $15 and my wife and I ordered each ordered this. When the bill arrived it was $39 before tax so, an overcharge of $9. It took too long for the server to return so, we just paid it and left. Won’t be back since they seem to feel it’s ok to overcharge.

This is for the Park meadows location…. We typically eat at the Highlands Ranch location with no issues. We had the nachos and the were inedible…. Burned and the chicken was stringy and rubbery. Like it had been sitting around for days. They also put the bowl of salsa on top of the nachos which I think is unsanitary. Lastly, we ate sat at the bar for over an hour … with a plate of half eaten nachos for us to look at. That is a pet pee e of mine… it wasn’t bust … and employee after employee stood there or walked by without taking it away. Pure laziness honestly.

Smooth process from start to finish with booking our private event through Melanie. She was able to accommodate all of my requests throughout the process. The food came out exactly as ordered and exceeded all expectations. The drinks were fast and service was efficient. We will definitely be booking again for our next celebration! Thank you!!

Just don’t. It smells like dirty bathroom mop water. We rarely go out and the smell already had us questioning our decision. Took 10 minutes to be seated and there were plenty of tables nobody came to seat us despite the bartender and some dude in the back making eye contact with me. I had to approach a waitress to be seated. It took 15 minutes for our waitress to bring our kids drinks and they forgot the fries. I think a manager got them dropped pretty quick and that was nice. Waitress barely checked on us though and it was slow. The food was mid to low. I’m now writing this with a bad stomach ache and the runs as well as my toddler complaining his stomach hurts he had a burger, I had wings. Will not return, upper management really not helping these employees, I feel bad for them. Oh also with our salads and food, $91s after tip. For $90s you too can have diarrhea.

Absolutely atrocious. The moment we walked in, it smelled like raw sewage. The ambiance felt sketchy and unsettling. We placed our order, but the smell made us feel physically sick. We started reading reviews while sitting there, which only made us panic more. We immediately canceled our order and left without eating. The relief we felt walking out says it all. This place needs serious attention to cleanliness and basic standards. I’m not sure how this place is still open or how people could even risk their health eating here.
