Came here on Valentine’s Day weekend. It must have been due to short staff & holiday, but service was poor. I was never offered a refill because the server didn’t come back till she gave our checks. A guy came by to offer dessert options but was rude. Food was very good. I’ll give it another try on a less busy day.

We recently hosted a large group dinner for 40 people at The Rochester Inn, and the entire experience—from the exceptional food to the flawless service—was truly outstanding.
Handling a group of this size is never easy, but the Rochester Inn team managed it with grace and efficiency. Every single plate served was hot, fresh, and delicious. The menu selection was robust, catering perfectly to diverse tastes, and the kitchen maintained incredible quality across all 40 meals. We received numerous compliments from our guests about the flavor and presentation of their dishes.
We especially want to commend our waitress, Samantha. She was absolutely phenomenal. Samantha was organized, incredibly attentive, and possessed a remarkable ability to manage our table’s complex needs with a positive and proactive attitude. She ensured that drinks were always full, special requests were handled efficiently, and the pace of the meal was perfectly timed. Samantha’s professional, cheerful, and highly competent service elevated our evening from a good meal to a truly memorable event.
Thank you to The Rochester Inn and, most importantly, to Samantha, for providing such great food and spectacular service. We highly recommend this venue for both intimate dining and large group reservations.

I love Rochester Inn, to me it’s like Cheers, everybody knows and cares about everybody. The food is fresh and cooked to your liking, prices are below most places ,the staff is fabulous. They care. Even the owners chat with customers. So is you want great service, good for come to the Rochester Inn and join the fun. Cheer’s .

3 on the food, still represents Quality & Consistency. Could always improve. Reasonably $$. It’s a bar, an entertainment venue, a meeting (up) spot. A staple of that committee. Atmosphere varies, depends on where you are seated. Hard to rate anything a 5, the staff (usually) are top notch.

Real good chicken sandwich, GREAT ribs on Wednesdays. Service is great, only downside is it’s usually VERY loud. Music blaring, tables so close together that it’s raucous when it’s busy, but the food is very good, worth it.

Highly disappointed with the service, we got 1 drink and 25 minutes went by and I had to wave for a server to take our order. We did not get a refill as we were not asked. Yes or drinks were empty. Ordered wings very well done/extra crispy, believe I said close to burnt is fine, they were so gummy they fell off the bone. Fish was greasy.

Jessica was our waitress and she was great. We sat outside in the back for lunch. It was nice and quiet. We ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with garlic parm sauce and a fish sandwich. Great sandwiches. The Cajun fries were also yummy. Nice and crispy crunchy. The fish was fresh and the chicken was juicy. Nice buttery buns. Also good ranch dressing! Prices are reasonable. Will definitely return

Had lunch there today 1st time in about 15 years since I worked there. Anyway. Spectacular food. We barley waited put order in wife took baby to restroom when she came back our apps and stuff were there. Literally like 4 minutes 5 minutes. Impressed. Waitress was awesome. We totally forgot to get her name. Anyway we had a great time everyone was really nice and food was freaking great like awesome for real. And I don’t play about food. Anyway had a great time will return

Wings tasted like I was chewing on rubber bands. The service was slow and poor. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for an enjoyable meal. The bathroom was at least semi-clean.
