Had a fantastic meal on locals night, Thursday. The pork chop special was perfect, and the stuffed gnocchi with pesto was amazing. This is not open every night, and you need reservations for Friday and Saturday dinner. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and it was great meeting the people who live here. And they offer a huge selection of amazing desserts. The chocolate raspberry pie was new to me, and wonderful.

Wow this place was great, we drove 40 minutes to get here and would do it again! Quiet, gorgeous little old Missouri town, Simple live music, food amazing, owner & staff fantastic, near perfect. Comfy old atmosphere, plenty of room, lots of woodwork. We sat outside and had the pot stickers, the brie and the street tacos, everything unbelievable. We are excited to go back!

I ate a couple meals here on a cool rainy Sunday afternoon. I was cycling the Katy trail so the town was a wonderful refuge that day. The tomato basil soup was a meal, the toasted coconut pie was sublime. I came back later to listen to some local musicians and enjoyed the warm brie salad. I hope to visit again someday!

Our last time was on a Sunday evening and they had the Good Turn Daily Bluegrass Band. The band was fantastic.
If you are riding the KATY trail this is a must stop.
They have free wife for their customers, and the staff are quick and friendly. I’d go back.

We were told we needed reservations in a very rude way. They were not that busy, several open tables that we could see. Have been very happy with the other restaurants in town, good food and great service. Would highly recommend visiting the other establishments that value their customers and avoiding this one.
