Rocco’s Slice House is the real deal. I finally stopped in after hearing great things, and I’m so glad I did. Located inside Shop ‘n Save, it’s a super clean, well-run spot with friendly staff.
The Pizza: The sauce is fantastic, and the crust is incredible…flaky, light, and actually worth eating (and I usually leave mine behind!).
The Experience: Even though it’s takeout only, the service was fast and the pizza was fresh out of the oven.
It’s easy to see why they’ve won so many awards. Authentic, affordable, and delicious!

It’s a slice shop in a grocery store! I actually loved that. The NY style slices are just the way I like them, the perfect ratio of crust to sauce to cheese. The crust was soooooo crispy!!! I would have liked a bit more toppings and the sauce was a bit sweet for my preference but really good slice! CAN recommend!

Made video reviews of this place. I rarely do actual reviews on here but being Everytime I come here it’s delicious. The staff are very friendly, I have never had one bad experience. The pizza is awesome and any bad reviewsnkn hereni can say with confidence had to be because the person was having a bad day and was most likely was a spoiled brat that didn’t get there way. Pizza is always a personal preference for people and will their opinion but this place is so consistent and doesn’t miss. I have my favorites on the menu and it doesn’t matter what time, what day…it hits. The people are great and super friendly.

Would you believe me if I told you that one (if not the best) pizza joint in Greensburg lives inside of the local Shop N’ Save? Because you should, and if you haven’t yet been there you should do that, too.
Sure, I’m not this whatever point 4 pizza rater, but I’m also not a human who likes to burn money on mediocre food, so take it for what it’s worth, then come back and thank me.
Not only is this pizza consistently, deliciously perfect but it’s gut healthy so you don’t even have to feel bad. They ferment the dough for 72 hours. The people who work there are truly awesome and some of the nicest people you’ll encounter, which also matters.
If you don’t want to share there are tables across the store, so you can easily walk on over and hide the evidence. Someone told me that anyway.

AMAZING! Authentic NY style pizza in western PA… about time I a place near me. I am a pizza snob with high standards and this place serves some of the best pizza I’ve EVER had. If you are a pizza fan and near GREENSBURG you need to try this pizza ASAP. I can’t wait to come here again and again… and get a whole pie cause it’s just too darn good I didn’t even want to wait before writing this review (im eating my second ever slice right now as i write this). AMAZING, AUTHENTIC NY PIZZA 10/10

Don’t be scared off by the fact that this place is in a shop n save, it is DELICIOUS! Dough is the best we’ve had of NY style around, pepperoni is a little spicy. If you like NY style pizza you NEED to go here. Normal NY style is a little charred, but my husband and I like ours lighter and we put in the comments lightly baked and it was perfect! They didn’t have the pepperoni rolls or garlic knots so we’ll have to try those another time, but we will be putting this in our weekly pizza rotation!
Adding that we tried the garlic knots on our second visit in 2 weeks and they were some of the best we’ve ever had (pizza was perfect again also)! They give a generous cup of marinara with them also (a lot of places only give you a small ramakin) Get them when available
We tried the Pepperoni roll (finally were able to get one) on our last visit and it was super good, only wish it was a tad bigger hahaha!!!
Today we will be trying the bread sticks so will update the review after we get those

Amazing people and pizza! Drove in from the city to try this pizza and they found that out and went above and beyond making me an order or breadsticks for me to try (so good btw!) when they were originally sold out of breadsticks. Pizza was amazing and me and my husband will be back again, it’s worth the drive! 10/10!
