Food was delicious, easy to make vegan, I had the veggie panini (w/o swiss) and it was perfect, as was the Mediterranean salad (no feta, no chicken) very fresh, looked and tasted very good, I like that all the veggies were small enough that I didn’t have to cut everything to make it a chopped salad (cherry tomatoes halfed, small cucumbers, etc.). It comes with a balsamic glaze and then you can get a dressing too, the apple vinegarette is sweet very yummy (and not very vinegarettey?) and the balsamic vinegarette goes very well with salad.

I stopped by for a sandwich and they weren’t open yet, even though Google said it was, they were inside prepping for the day and were very nice to let me in to place an order. The owner was amazing. Thank you. I absolutely love the food here. It is always delicious. A little expensive but it is worth it.

This deli is a very popular place to have lunch. It was busy by the time I got there at 11:30am. Seating is a bit limited unless you want to eat outside. Items on the menu are a bit pricey for the portion size. The Rocco’s Italian I ordered was good and I will return again.

Well, I just had THE BEST EXPERIENCE!!! the lovely girl with the braids was so friendly and helpful!! This was my first time trying Rocco’s and I absolutely love it. I ordered the combo and selected the Santa Fe panini with broccoli cheddar soup. The panini was one of the best I’ve ever had, however, the broccoli soup was nowhere near as good. They included a pickle and a bag of the good chips! I am definitely looking forward to trying more, seen a lot of good reviews about the Cuban so that will be my next item! I love that they took the time to write thank you on the paper bag.

Visiting Pueblo and found this gem alongside the river – expansive menu with delicious options and extremely fresh meat, delicious bread and vegetables. I had the turkey avocado sandwich and it was so refreshing and tasty! The avocado and light Dijon spread were great. It was extremely quick despite the busy lunch hour and the employees were friendly and upbeat! Would return anytime.

Fast and fresh! I had the Roast Beef and Havarti, (toasted). It was perfect! Quality ingredients… Crisp lettuce, flavorful tomato with the perfect amount of horseradish. I got the sandwich to go and was delighted to find that it was as good as the service. Very friendly, incredibly fast and they even left a thank you on the to-go bag.

This is a little gem of a place. I had the Chile Philly, which is a twist on a classic Philly Cheese Steak. Tender, well seasoned, and thinly sliced roast beef with provolone cheese. There’s a nice chipotle mayo and your choice of chiles – mild or hot. While I generally like my food spicy, I went the milder route to make sure I tasted all the flavors. I am glad I did. I love a good traditional Philly, but this is a great variation. Lots of flavor from the mayo, and the heat was just right. If I had one tiny complaint it would be there wasn’t enough of the chile strips. The hoagie roll held up to the ingredients and didn’t fall apart.
The sandwich came out quickly and was nice and hot. Charming help behind the counter didn’t hurt the experience. The dining room is small, but there is good seating outside when the weather is nice.
Value – at over $16 for a medium sandwich, soda and chips, (Not including tip) it’s not cheap. But quality is not cheap, so it’s just the way of the world in 2025. I will definitely be back!
