I’m sad to write this, but Rocco’s has let themselves go. We ordered delivery through their website two and a half hours ago. When we called the store concerned that our delivery tracker has continuously pushed back the time for arrival by 20 minutes for the last hour and a half, again we ordered 2.5 hours ago, the teenager they have on the phones knew absolutely nothing about where our order was or why it has taken so long, and did not offer to look into it, fetch a manager, or offer a resolution- being nice doesn’t replace the $50 plus delivery fees we have just lost, or the dinner we now have to still find elsewhere at 8:45pm. And since it is confusing, yes- Rocco’s is no longer in charge of their own deliveries, they have “outsourced it to a website” and they have no idea who the drivers are, how to contact them, who they are, nor are they able to fix the issue. Apparently only the new delivery service help line for the website can fix it- which is, of course, embarrassing for them as a business. The help line was not very helpful either, and they refuse to tell us where our driver is or give us their number or contact the driver themselves.
Update, it’s been almost 3 hours now. Our driver did show up, the food is cold, they have no idea what happened either. My poor husband stood out there asking what happened, and the drivers said they’d been given the wrong phone number and gave a totally different story from everyone else we talked to.
Rocco’s, this is truly so embarrassing for you. We’ll be sure to tell our friends and family who used to use your business for parties that you can’t be relied on anymore.

Great pasta! The food was delicious and the service was great. We had the garlic knots as an appetizer. The knots have a crusty garlicky exterior with a warm soft interior. They were great. The salad was good and they have a nice selection of dressing. I had the baked penne Palermo and they added mushrooms for me. It was wonderful. I love the fact that they let me add mushrooms. Again good food good service.

I ordered a meat lovers calzone, which was fairly good though anybody who’s tried Ozarks Pizza and bread Company will quickly change a five star rating to a three. The pizza was New York style and pretty true to that style so if you’re after that, highly recommend.

Good food, beautiful atmosphere, friendly service. Our server Abigail was very sweet and attentive to our needs. The smell of fresh bread cooking lingered throughout the restaurant, making our mouths water! The food didn’t disappoint!

To start off it was valentines day and a cheer competition was in town, but they were still way understaffed for a regular Saturday night. They definitely weren’t ready for tonight. Had to ask for plates silverware (only plastic takeout available). Pizza was ok, but super greasy.

I have been meaning to post a review for Rocco’s for such a long time! I come here at least once a month bc I know I will ALWAYS get what I want. And what I want is a traditional style New York pizza. I want it to be cheesy and floppy!!! I want it to droop when I pick it up! And thats what I get here. The PERFECT pizza every time!

We visited because family who lives close recommended it. We enjoyed the pizza and the service was awesome. The side salads were very disappointing. We had the Caesar salad and it was nothing more than a regular salad with Caesar dressing and croutons. Nothing special. We also got the garlic cheese sticks and it was just ok. Maybe more of garlic and butter would have been better. I had the chicken bacon ranch pizza and really enjoyed it. My wife had the deluxe pizza and thought it was just okay. She felt the marinara sauce was a little too sweet. When we’re in the area again we will definitely be back.

Love this place! Everything is always delicious and fresh. I eat food from here multiple times a week and the service is always great. Kindest servers I’ve ever met. True NY style pizza and pastas. Haven’t had a sandwich yet but have heard they’re to die for. Great work!!!
