I ordered two twelve piece chicken, one dark, one mixed with jojo’s, 2/ 2liters and 2 salads. Cost over $50. I talked to the manager.
When the order arrived, I received one twelve piece mixed chicken. When I called, I was told that I did not order the dark chicken, even though the young man recited the order back to me twice.
I’m through with Rocco’s! This is the THIRD TIME they have done this to me and my family. NEVER AGAIN!

The chicken and jojo’s are VERY good. ✔️ The price for the sheet pizza is GREAT, compared to others for sure. ✔️✔️ ; and it has a pretty good taste!✔️✔️✔️ We had to feed our six kids and four of our nieces, plus us, buutttt…The ONLY reason I gave it three stars is because, we thought it would and could have been a little bit thicker. It was toooo thin, as well as, toooo greasy. Very thin, very greasy makes for a very soggy limp pizza, like wet bread.

They didn’t know how to take a order over the phone, kept having to repeat myself for them to say a completely different thing then what i said, then kept putting me on “hold” to take other people’s orders. I had to ask if they wanted to take a name down so they knew who was picking up, then they also hung up on me before I could finish my order. Told me a 40 minute wait and when I got there they said they never put my order in, but then asked if I wanted to stay and wait for it to be made after I just waited 40 minutes and drove there. If Ryan’s still the “owner” he needs to get it together. At this point just shut down. This is the second time this has happened.
