I am a long time customer of Rocco’s Pizza, 20+ years. The food has officially gone down hill, and it pains me to say it. I don’t usually leave reviews unless I love the place, but everything I’ve picked up in the past year has been bad. Soggy pizza,, stale bread, flavorless steak, expensive soggy wings. To the owners, please start doing whatever you guys did 15/20 years ago, I want to stay a loyal customer!

The food was ok. The plain slice was standard. The Buffalo chicken was good but could have used more heat, in my opinion. The Sicilian was pretty good, though. The best of the three.the service was ok, but it was hard to understand them. The place was very clean, but it was just odd that at 1230 it was only the two of us and one other person in there and it was super quiet.

I live very close to Rocco’s and tonight the owner and staff instead of contributing to food waste made an amazing gesture in donating all their left over pizza at the end of the night to a cause to help a local homeless initiative. This business has always provide amazing food and service but tonight they also added their love to help those in need. Keep up the great work and Chester County Loves you guys

Absolutely delicious pizza. Past reviews from locals said this was st spot, and they were correct! Everything I ordered was was hot, fresh, and on point. The folks working the counter were awesome. I ordered online for carryout and it was ready exactly when predicted. If you’re not from the area and want to experience authentic delicious food then you will want to make this one of your stops! Highly highly recommend them.

On a day we got a lot of snow, I ordered 22 pizzas for the crews that were working to clear the snow. Pizza was good, service was sub-par. I carried all 22 pizzas to my car myself, not one person working offered to help (it was 11 am and there was one other person in the restaurant placing an order). Made multiple trips because there was 8 inches of snow on the ground and it was icy. That one person placing an order helped me carry them out, which was helpful. Maybe I just need to adjust my customer service expectations 🙂

I called in an order for a large cheese pizza, for carry out. The young girl told me it was going to be 15 minutes and gave me my number. I waited a few more minutes beyond. I walked in, place was not at all busy. A girl was cleaning tables. Maybe it was the girl who took my order. Maybe not. I pay the $17+ on CC to an older guy, and go back to my hotel room.
Why does every piece of my pizza smell like cleaning product? After eating a slice or two, it becomes apparent something is wrong. The whole pizza smells like cleaning product. I call, and speak with a different guy, with Hispanic accent, who says “that’s weird”. Weird? No. That’s wrong. I shoildnhave said. At any rate, I told him I am going to be going back for a refund.
I show up, three females, who apparently work there, are leaving. I walk in. Yet a different guy, not the one who originally fulfilled my order, not the other guy on the phone, but a younger guy was at the front counter. I laid it all out. I asked about their health inspection, if maybe I should call, I even asked about ICE, if everyone working there is legal. He assured me everything was on the up and up.
He says he processed the refund but wouldnt give me a receipt. I was adamant about the receipt. He said he couldn’t. I was firm. He handed me 17 in cash, which I took, and he said now I’m doubly refunded. I said if he gave me the receipt, I wouldn’t accept the cash.
Anyways, someone should seriously look into this place, in terms of health inspection and legal or illegal status of the people working here. You don’t mess with someone’s food. It’s wrong and a crime. I’ve never been to this place before and know none of the people there. Like I said, I’m visiting from out of town. Needless to say, as regards a man’s food, something that wrong with it, no second chances. I do not recommend Rocco’s Pizza.

Rocco’s Pizza is our go to place. Taco Pizza and Taco Cheesesteak are fantastic But, all their Pizza, Pasta’s, sandwiches and even salads are great. We do eat in, take out and catering. Very friendly service and always willing to accommodate your special request.

The service here is top notch. I had a Lasagna and a caprese salad. Both were outstanding! You walk in order at counter and then get from counter or they come and deliver to your table.
Plenty of parking and very clean place. Again, the friendly service is what I noticed to be awesome. Also good prices and overall great value.
