Called in placed an order for 12 dozen hot wings with ranch on the side, NO RANCH. But you charged for ranch? wings aren’t really tossed in the sauce, just sitting in it. the Italian sub, bread is burnt and no mayo as it comes and no extra mayo as requested, told me sometimes when the oven reaches a certain temperature it can happen… cold sub?! when asked for the lady’s name “she said my name is Rocco’s pizza” wouldn’t give us her name for her poor customer service. Told me to maybe learn how to cook myself, and then hung up.

especially when I spent almost $70 on this order. Next time – improve your customer service and do the right thing. Don’t tell a mom of 4 to learn how to cook, I wanted to enjoy dinner for one night without having to cook as i cook all the time!!
Pizzas was good as I got for the children, the fries could have been better.
I will drive the same distance and keep supporting little Italy as they never mess anything up and if they would, they would do the right thing. (: just wanted to switch it up for once, NEVER AGAIN.

Ive been here several times, every time i order a pizza within an hour of eating it im running to the bathroom. I dont have this problem with their subs or pizza from any other pizza place ive been, so im not sure whats wrong with the pizza but be warned as ive watched it do the same to others.

Man that took order even asked if we wanted onions, we received a cheesesteak with onions, pizza is burnt and what doesn’t make sense to me is it’s still mushy like the bread laid in water. Honestly the last few times ordering from here I really thought it was turning around. Will never order here again. $30 wasted.

Ordered a grilled buffalo chicken sub. The bread was delicious but the meat was grilled processed sandwich meal that was dry and hard mixed with buffalo sauce. I had asked for lettuce and tomato and, as you can see, none in sight. I ate almost half and had to throw it out. Sorry! Hard pass in the future.

My family and I are usually Rocco’s pizza lovers. But after our experience tonight we will never be going back to the East Berlin location. They were extremely rude and NOT friendly! The middle aged woman behind the counter was rude to my boyfriend and lacks basic human interaction skills. He even wished her a Merry Christmas when leaving and all he got back was a quick “Yeah you too”. The place is dirty and some of the staff are questionable on their hygiene. A little unsettling knowing they’re the ones handling our food. We always order volcano fries and it was nothing but a soggy mess of mushy french fries, ranch, hot sauce and no cheese that was supposed to be on top. Whoever bagged our food was careless and the fries leaked all over the inside of the bag. We took a few bites and pitched it. We got 2 cheeseburger subs that neither of us could finish. Just the appearance of them being slopped together was stomach churning enough but we were hungry so we each ate one half. (One of the worst subs we both ever had). And our kids barely ate the plain cheese pizza we got for them, the cheese looked questionable. We usually use the York Springs location because it’s closer but tonight the EB location was more convenient. Next time, forget convenience, we will stick to the York Springs location because they ALWAYS deliver excellent service no matter how busy they are, have amazing food, great staff and clean environment!! I highly recommend others to do the same, the East Berlin location is gross!

I would never write a negative review unless it was 100% truthful and necessary. Your establishment NEEDS improvement and so does your employees attitudes. Do better.

Got carryout but from what I could see it looks like a cozy local spot with old world pizza shop charm. Pizza was what I expect. Service was very friendly and when I called my order in the gentleman was very clear and friendly. I would definitely like to try what else they have to offer here. We were camping close by and needed to supplement a meal and they came highly recommend.
