We ordered a pizza on Postmates and it was literally the worst pizza we have ever had! The cheese slid off each slice from the oil. The crust was burned. The pizza box was soaked. I complained to Postmates, and they suggested we write a bad a review. I have no idea how a pizza restaurant stays in business selling horrible pizza. If they refund the Thursday night (1/29) order, we might give them another chance. However, I honestly care less about the money, and more about the response.

It was our first time there last night the food was good but, we got there at 8:00pm and we wanted to eat inside but the guy told us that they close at 9:00pm we would need to take our food. Okay but while we waited the other employee start mopping around the tables and they around were they were making pizza me and my family did not like that. Why not just wait until all the customers left so you could start mopping. That was the down side.

I’ve been a customer of this Rocco’s for many years. After Rocco sold this location I kept going there because its close to home and has been good. We liked their antipasto salad but the number of meat and cheese pinwheels included on the salad is a lot fewer than it used to be. Their sandwiches are still very good but the pizza is not what it was. I don’t now what they changed, maybe the suce but it isn’t very good anymore. My last pickup order for two pizzas which I called in, was messed up in that instead of a half pepperoni half sausage they gave me an everything with what looked like extra pepperoni. That was $6 extra vs what I ordered.They even confirmed the pizza while I was standing there (almost 15 minutes after promised time). The second pie was correct. Inaccurate order, pizza not as good as it was and long waits vs promised time; I will be going elsewhere for take out pizza.

I consider myself a NY pizza connoisseur, and this joint is solid. Stopped by on a whim on a Saturday afternoon after shopping at Costco across the street. The staff was friendly and inviting, the place looked clean, well-lit and well-stocked. Outside tables in the sun for myself and the pup.
Ordered the Regular Special, two cheese slices and a 20oz drink for $8.99. I consider that a bargain in today’s economy. I was not disappointed. The crust was crispy, foldable, and able to manipulated single-handedly. Perfect balance between crust, cheese and sauce. Solid, and I feel like a NY-style pizzeria must be judged on a slice of cheese.
Didn’t even realize this joint was part of a chain until I Googled it to write this review. I can’t speak for the other locations, but the W. Charleston location is on point.

Just a little annoyed at my experience.
Ordered two pasta dishes and a pizza. We finished our pasta and never received our pizza. We were told they were making it now because they had given it to another table.
They did not communicate this with us at all. When I ask for a refund since we were headed out they said I could get a gift certificate. I don’t live in state. They said the other option is it‘ll only be 3 minutes till it’s done.
I advised we were headed to a concert so the pizza would just be sitting in the car and they still did not offer a refund.
The food was pretty standard and came recommended by family but the service definitely let me down. They messed up, not me.

Rocco’s Pizza is typically pretty good, and I’ve enjoyed many meals from them over the years. Their White Pizza with tomato and basil is especially remarkable—fresh, flavorful, and always satisfying.
The prices are on the higher side, and I’ve noticed a recent change to their sauce that I personally don’t enjoy as much. Because of that, I don’t order quite as often as I used to. Still, if you’re looking for quality pizza and don’t mind spending a little extra, Rocco’s is a solid choice.
